I run a boutique size tour company, and have used Britannia several times over a good number of years. This summer I went 'on the road' with one of my groups, and saw their operation at first hand. Over three days we had three different drivers and vehicles - all were excellent. The vehicles were all new and high quality. The drivers were all impeccable at time-keeping, kind and supportive to the group, and exceptionally helpful. I would look nowhere else in Kent and the surrounding area for such work now, and feel firmly committed to Britannia.

We used Britannia Coaches for the first time for our biennial trip to France. The 33 seater minibus was smart and clean and arrived ahead of arranged time so we could get away promptly for the ferry. The driver, Nigel was very helpful and talked us through the ferry check in procedure so we knew what to expect and avoided delays by making sure we all had our passports to hand.
During our weekend stay in France, Nigel was treated as one of our group and joined in with the events laid on for us with good humour, helping with taking group photographs and even joining in with the tidying up after the events.
We selected Britannia Coaches this year because of the competitive price quote, and once the itinerary had been agreed, Britannia found us the best prices for Channel crossings etc.
An unexpected bonus was that there was a decent supply of chilled bottled water available on the minibus which was very welcome. All in all, a very efficient and enjoyable trip.

Used this company for a two day visit to France. Our driver Nigel was helpful, polite, informative and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend this company.

As members of the Rotary Club of Canterbury we used Britannia to drive us to Ludenscheid in Germany for a weekend visit. We must say that the whole procedure from start to finish was excellent and the timings worked out exactly as quoted.
Our driver Rob was both professional and good company. He made a long and tedious journey almost a pleasure! Rob's care of one of our disabled members was exemplary. Well done Britannia

We had the pleasure of using Britannia Coaches to take our football team to Stamford Bridge for a youth football tournament. Nigel was superb throughout the whole day, he went above and beyond what we expected. His friendly manner and great driving made our long day so much fun. The journey to and from London was relaxing and full of great music.

We used Britannia coaches for the first time taking a group of horse riding enthusiasts to the International Horse show at the excel. Nigel was a brilliant, kind and friendly driver. Got us to our destination, pick up and returned home to Kent brilliantly. We had absolutely no issues with the booking or the coach and driver, will definitely use Britannia coaches again.

I had a brilliant trip to Brugge last weekend. Dean was excellent, all his timings were perfect. His personality shone through whilst staying professional. I look forward to next years 🤞

Travelled to Brugge this weekend on a very comfortable, roomy and festive coach driven by an excellent and knowledgeable driver Dean, the trip was very well organised and a steal of a price for everything included! Will definitely be booking another trip soon!

We have used Britannia Coaches for 2 trips to Saracens for minis rugby festivals. The drivers have always been fantastic and patient with the kids, nothing is too much trouble. Coaches are spacious, clean and comfortable. 5 * service.

We arranged a minibus for a works trip to Ripon races. The minibus arrived on time, the minibus was clean and tidy. Q, our driver made us all welcome and dropped us off with plenty of time to spare. The pick up time was sorted before Q left us at the races and we communicated later in the day to confirm this too. The pick up was as agreed and we were dropped back off when we thought, all in all a really good service, one we'd be happy to recommend.

We are a spanish group that went for a summer camp in Kent. Britannia Coaches did the transfer for the group and the chofer (Nigel) was incredible. The best chofer i have seen, he bought candies for the students, and the bus was luxury. Thank you for the service, we will repeat.

Our driver was as ever very friendly and accommodating.

Britannia Coaches were fantastic. Our University Society hired them for a four-day international university trip to Belgium, and I don’t think I could have received better service. Our driver Rob was brilliant, engaging, kind, and full of great stories; while also being flexible and accommodating when plans went awry. The coach was lovely and well maintained, with plenty of space for bags and legs! The price was more than fair, and it’s always great to support local companies like Britannia Coaches.
