My new wooden flooring is great and device from British hardwoods was very good all through the process

I keep ordering wood from this company after many, many years. They never let you down, the products are excellent, well packaged, fast delivery. If you’re reading this review then you’re taking to long, just place an order you won’t be disappointed.

Very friendly and helpful staff throughout the process, from ordering to delivery. They were clear on when the wood was to be delivered and it arrived with no problems. The quality of the walnut was great and was able to get a uniform 45mm thickness after running through my planer/ thicknesser. Will definitely be buying from them again.

The skirting and architrave was as ordered but was a bit disappointed that the architrave had a large knot in the wood, this should have been checked prior to dispatch.

The ordering procedure was slick and efficient. The timber I received was of the highest quality and packaged perfectly. After many years of restoration I was pleased to find this company and will be using as my default goto for wood in the future 👏🏻
