What a great company. they have everything I need and have so much knowledge and experience.
I book everything online, but as a newbie to restoring a room, I have called several times. Mark, has been particularly helpful; asking questions to what I want and advising me the best way forward, whist not letting me buy more than I need. He is fantastic. I can have the goods delivered or I can pick up.
When I pick up, I speak to Mark, more than brilliant! he took me in the warehouse to show me the different products and lets me even chose the piece of wood I came to pick up, which grain I liked best.
I can't believe the helpfulness of this company, I will definitely use them again and again.

Great delivery and packaging

Supplied the length of skirting that matched in my old property. I couldnt find the torus skirting anywhere else.
Great for renovating older properties.

Ordered over the internet, put my sizes in and how many planed all around pieces of oak, a couple of weeks later had a email out for delivery couple of days later wood arrived well packed.

Cheapest oak online, slight hiccup but they sorted very efficiently

Prompt delivery and very happy with the quality of the skirting boards & trim that I bought

5 out of 6 skirting boards came damaged at both ends and they'd filled some of the cracks with filler and thought that was okay . Found out they didn't have any others in stock . Would have been better to cancel my order instead of sending out a substandard. product. The good thing was they were quick to deliver product easy to talk to quick collection of faulty wood. I'm hoping for a quick return of my payment.
