VMWare should have never been purchased…
VMWare should have never been purchased by Broadcom. I did not know that such a dysfunctional company as Broadcom existed. It has been migration mess for a better part of the year, and now Broadcom has disabled automatic updates for VMWare's Fusion Pro products.

the worst company support in the world and the support site is worthless. I've been trying to find a link to download "VMware Remote Console" for about an hour, I register an account, I try to contact the support service, but it's all bullshit.

Worst Support Ever
Broadcom's website and online support services would have to be the worst I have ever encountered, it's truly a disgrace and so damaging to VMware (the product I wanted support for). It's actually hard to believe that any modern organisation could make a support experience this terrible, it's astonishing!
Lied about deleting my account.
On 30 december in the chat they lied about deleting my account, I never got the confirmation they said I would get. And now doing a account deletion via email is difficult. Broadcom is hoping I forget or give up.
Its 16 may and they responded and I got a confirmation email, they're finally deleting my account. It's 21 may and I got a email that it's finally deleted.
Atrocious
If there is a less than one they would get it! I have worked with VMware products for over 15 years and have never had such awful support. The third party offloads have been atrocious!

Un frontend qui ne donne pas envie !
Malheureusement, je ne peux qu'aller dans le sens des commentaires négatifs. Le site n'est absolument pas navigable. Pour la connexion, l'inscription, la gestion du profil, c'est une véritable farce. Les fonctionnalités ne sont même pas testés. J'ai un tiret sur mon prénom et sur des formulaires préremplis, le formulaire m'indique que les tirets ne sont pas pris en charge alors qu'il a été complété automatiquement et impossible de le modifier car c'est grisé. Plein de petites choses qui ne donnent pas envie d'utiliser leur produit et de partir chez la concurrence. Même leur formulaire d'assistance part en erreur donc en cas de problème, pas de problème pour eux car on ne peut rien leur envoyer. Les moyens pour les contacter ne permet pas de les joindre directement mis à part par téléphone. Je ne vois aucun mail pour les contacter pour leur signaler quoi que ce soit. Franchement déçu depuis le rachat de VMWARE par BROADCOM. Les politiques tarifaires et les gros changement sur les sites web rendent l'expérience plus que mauvais et même désagréable.
