We supply only the very best quality plants at a time of your choosing. We’ve developed tried and tested systems to allow you to select a specific dispatch week for your plants when you place your order. This allows you to accurately plan your crops, help you save money by avoiding unnecessary heating of greenhouses and reduce inconvenience around delivery timings. Further recent investment in our systems now means that not only do we allow you to pick a dispatch week for your plants, if you have supplied us with your email address, we will now advise you in advance of the day that we intend to dispatch your plants on.

Impressive plugs
Plugs arrived on time and well packaged. Plants all looked very healthy and instructions on how to handle them very useful and easy to understand. I would definitely use Brookside in the future.

False advertising
The reason for 3 stars is that I ordered as advertised "halloween plug plants" the colours stated as orange & black. I have received mixed colour plants, I contacted & on "the chat" I was told they can't guarantee colours. False advertising!!!
I will say the plants came promptly & in great condition but will not use company again on principal.
So company got in touch after this review & I was told I should have contacted them direct not use their chat bot.
I supplied photos of plants & packaging & was told it was a labelling error. They offered to send replacements but not till end of September due to stock. I received the plug plants & have planted on as instructed. Hopefully they should be the halloween colours but won't know for a while.
Again can't fault the quality of the plants & delivery.
I would recommend this company for plug plants, will maybe look at other products in the future.

Please accept our apologies that your pansies are flowering incorrectly. It appears this may have been due to human error when your order was being packed, and I am very sorry for the disappointment caused.
Daisy is our AI assistant, and although the information she provided regarding mixed plug plants was generally correct, it was not applicable to the issue you had reported. When ordering a mixed variety, we cannot always guarantee an exact balance of each colour within the mix, but this is different from plants flowering as an incorrect variety or colour.
For any complaints or concerns with an order, we would always recommend contacting us directly by email or telephone so that a member of our Care Team can review the individual circumstances and respond personally.
I have contacted you directly so that we can look into this properly and hopefully resolve the matter for you.
Once again, please accept our apologies for the confusion and disappointment caused.

Excellent packaging and quality
Excellent packaging which ensured the plugs arrived in great condition, unlike some other suppliers. Plants were healthy and the correct number. So far so good, I guess now we just need to find decent soil/compost to get the best out of them.
