Fantastic service from Giuseppe who went above and beyond to get the timepiece to me in the shortest possible time with no additional charge.Despite being out of the country when I made my enquiry Giuseppe was quick to respond, giving me peace of mind that BrothersinTime were an ideal choice for such an expensive purchase. Once the purchase had been agreed, he kept me well updated on my order and the delivery. The watch is was described as perfect and when it arrived it was absolutely pristine, considering it was 'pre-loved'. Pictures of the watch were perfect with the description of the item being exactly how it was. Came packaged brilliantly and arrived shortly after I placed the order. The only issue I had was they had so many good options to choose from it was difficult to decide! When it comes time for my next purchase I will definitely be looking at what they have to offer.

This is my second watch I’ve purchased through Brothers in Time and specifically in dealing with Giuseppe. I always follow the principle of ‘buy the dealer’ before the watch and Giuseppe is someone who really knows watches and can be trusted with the best advice, products as described and competitive pricing. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Brothers in Time again.

After a few back and forth messages it was clear that Giuseppe really knew his stuff about the watch in question. (I had spent the last 6 months researching it!)

One of my concerns was about authenticity, but backed with their lifetime guarantee my mind was put at ease.

No high pressure sales, just good honest advice and the ability to see the watch in person and try it on was nice too, certainly worth the drive.
