I dealt directly with Chris. He was very professional, always punctual and easy to communicate with. He gave honest opinions rather than trying the hard sell, and always performed as he said he would.
My only regret is that I used a different company to sell my previous property, wish I’d involved Chris then too!

Chris is a fantastic estate agent, friendly, knowledgeable, dedicated. He takes excellent pictures of your property and puts real thought into the layout of the picture. He is punctual when meeting viewers and is thorough when chasing feedback from said viewers. Also if your property takes a while to sell he is more than willing to redo photos and descriptions if needs be. Can’t recommend him highly enough.

My house sold on ,2nd viewing and I was advised to accept, was later advised by another agent I should have waited a bit longer but the thing that annoyed me most was that any contact after that, the agent kept referring to buyer as " my guy," despite the fact it was me that was paying him. Buyer kept contacting me personally as he said he couldn't get any information from agent. He actually turned up at my house on day if moving as he had no idea what was happening with keys. Browns clearly lost interest as soon as sale was confirmed
