Bupa Dental Care UK Opiniones

The excellent and caring reception and dental staff greatly eased recent my "dentist anxiety" for which I am very grateful. They are evidently experienced in giving such care.

My broken tooth was repaired in the afternoon of the morning that I rang to book an appointment.
Going to the dentist can be a stressful event, but with
excellent dentists, like Mr Whitely, as well as their dental nurses and polite, helpful reception staff, this all helps the whole experience go smoothly.

I needed an appointment and the reception team sorted it immediately for me

Lovely reception staff and my dentist is very caring

My Dentist & her assistant went above & beyond to resolve my issue.
From my 1st telephone call to my visit amazing service.

emergency treatment on same day. the system still works

Extremely well cared for in a very clean professional friendly environment.
I felt very included with regards to my treatment and my dentist explained future treatments going forward.
I would definitely recommend Bupa Dental Care Bishops Stortford

No issues with the staff and the service - BUT - twice now I have been asked for a £30 deposit 3 x months in advance of an appointment! This is extortion so that BUPA have the option to use my (your) money on the short term money market - it is utterly immoral and a disgrace. BUPA's justification is that people don't show up to appointments. So why not take the Debit Card details at the time of booking the appointment and not charge anything until such time as they who don't keep to their appointment

Great service and nice staff make you feel at ease , highly recommended.
