the products and customer service were fantastic, my only complaint was the lead time on the order. Took a bit over three months to receive the product.

Great Products from a Great Company
Busch systems made it extremely easy for me to source recycling bins for our buildings new green policy. Their products are well made and designed, and dealing with sales was a breeze, they were responsive and friendly. The containers I ordered were well packaged for shipping and arrived in a timely manner. They have a broad range of products to choose from as well, I highly recommend their products.

Great Product, Poor Fullfillment Systems
I placed a wholesale order in early May. The salesperson returned a quote to me, which I approved and sent back the same day. Six weeks later, I called to ask what happened. She said I had never approved the quote. I easily found the email approving the quote, and replied that I had approved it. Then my product was finally shipped. This is not the first time I have had similar hang-ups with this company. Something is just not streamlined.
However, having submitted my review, I now have been told that my problem was investigated and hopefully that will lead to better fullfillment.

The right product at a reasonable price
This category is full of very high end and equally low end products. Busch seems to have hit the sweet spot of good quality and design without over the top pricing. Customer service was excellent.

Great customer service; poor delivery communications and packaging
I've been working with Busch Systems for nearly four years and although their customer service and product selection is excellent, delivery communications and the state of product packaging upon arrival is consistently disappointing. I always request advanced notice of the expected delivery date; never happens, and for three years in a row the pallets of compost bins are damaged due to tipping in the back of the delivery truck. Very frustrating when the shipment arrives and staff aren't prepared on-site to help with the unloading/storing of the bins because we're not given notice of delivery date. Additionally, we have to continuously apologize to our customers because nearly half of the boxes are torn open and damaged from the pallets tipping. Will likely look into other vendors since this has been a recurring issue.
