Excellent Customer Service!!!
Though it took some time to make a choice while researching other sources, Busch Systems was the most patient, helpful, and kind throughout the whole process. They brought knowledge about the product without me having to ask, and I was able to sort out details regarding the delivery very easily. We are in Alberta, and the shipping was easy and was not expensive. Honestly, I thought it would be more complicated, but Busch Systems made sure that all questions were answered so promptly that I was able to get a plan for receiving the product easily. We are a small organization, so for us, this was crucial.

The orginal order shipped quickly
The orginal order shipped quickly, but was so compacted that a few of the bins were damaged in separating them. Our rep at Busch Systems immediately offerred to replace the damaged bins.

Busch Systems made my purchase one of the easiest experiences in finding the exact products needed for our commons area. The attention to details with the school logos and stickers for the bins. Prices are better than competitive. The customer service received by the reps was great with recommendations and reassurance we are getting exactly what was needed. Went the extra mile

Arrived on time. Amazing quality and the most heavy-duty you'll find. The price seems high considering $1K for 3 trash cans, but for some reason, all trash cans in the world are expensive, go figure!
