Bush Duel fuel cooker, purchased 21st May 2022, by September 2 Control knobs flew off and wouldn’t go back on. Reported, said they order new ones, waited and many phone calls later, December they arrived wrong ones. Reported again want to have a video of me putting knobs on! Im 70 years old don’t have a clue how to, but I’ve had many cookers over the years I’m not stupid can replace control knobs properly.

Bought from Argos April 2022 Fridge/Freezer stopped working 7 mth later Argos refused warranty claim due to the item is fitted in a Mobile Home?? Been transferred between Argos/Bush for months Now in the hands of solicitors WHAT A DISGRACE Never again buy from Argos

They charge you, but never send you a confirmation email and do not even send you the actual item. Their Customer Service is appalling.

Today I have decided to write an honest review of the Bush BFSLSAEB9B slimline dishwasher that Argos sell.
I have had this machine for just coming up to 12months so this is a fair review.
First the good…. It was available in black.

Now the bad. The general build is very cheap. The bottom basket falls off its runners every single time you use it,… omg that is so so annoying especially when it’s full of dishes! The machine smells constantly as residue food collects along the rubber door seal at the front of the machine and it is a proper pain to get in and have to clean it after every use to avoid the smell returning, but don’t worry the bottom tray will fall off to make it easier for you to get in and yes I rinse things before I put them in before you think I leave lots of food on items. The cutlery tray will not stand up when you put anything in it either. Wash cycles are noisy and on average 1 in 3 washes result in something having to be done again as not cleaned properly.
I cannot wait to be able to afford to be able to put this in a skip and replace it.
Dont waste your money, pay the kids a bit more to do the washing up or let the dog lick the plates. Yes its cheap and you get what you pay for.

On the phone to bush to tell about a problem with washing machine rinsing in warm water to be told there is nothing wrong with my washer terrible customer service with a bad attitude disgusted with bad service

I bought a fridge last year ,after 3 months start leaking .quality is not good at all and I'm going to change it soon I realised this is not German product and I'm so unhappy about this product. never again

my washing machine bush 12ew has broken down again under a years old and broken down 2 times already. Last time i will ever buying a bush washing machine, also fellow customers dont think about ringing help line as you will be sat waiting on the phone only to be cut off. Anyone no the name of the md or gm of bush.

Phoned bush today due to a problem with the washer not spinning the water out, on the phone for 37 minutes to be told I'd have to take a video of this, told them Argos stated they would send out an engineer to sort the problem, the phone was put down by them and they never phoned back, will not buy a bush product again.

If i could give no stars worst company i got a washing machine in feb this year its still under warranty its not working the error i gotsaid blockage or pump issue. Cleaned all that needed it and still same issue. They said i havent installed ot properly even though its worked for 10mths.. Will never buy a bush product again

I bought Bush TV and in less than a year I've experienced several issues: the home button no longer works, turns on of its own accord, sometimes the standby button mutes the TV instead, the sound cuts out in and out, sometimes have to turn it on and off a few times before a picture appears. The model I've got Argos are currently selling at £40 more than what I paid for it and it wasn't worth what I paid so definitely isn't worth more!

Anything larger than a pair of knickers wraps itself into a tight ball and takes ages to dry if at all.
The filter constantly needs cleaning.

Purchased a washing machine through Argos only to have it break within 2 weeks. Repair man said it was fine and nothing wrong. Then on Friday it caught on fire. Can’t get hold of anyone at bush who can help and in most cases you get cut off.

Bought a cooker from Argos who own Bush was delivered with a fault to the Terminal board phoned the number given in instruction manual and was first in queue 30 min later spoke to a man who told me i had rang the wrong number and to ring Argos i told him a had not but when i mentioned the terminal board he knew about the fault on it so it's a known and common fault but they can't be bothered to fix it
After reading trustpilot reviews i have phoned Argos and requested my money back should of read them first

trash tv. made of plastic and kept randomly turning off whilst trying to play ps4 on the same day of purchasing it. DO NOT BUY!!!

Trying to get through to customer support is terrible.
Called one number and went though all the options to be told "call this number instead" which was only said once and then it hangs up on you so unless you have a pen ready to go you have to call up and go through everything again.
Called the number I was supposedly meant to call, only to be greeted with EXACTLY the same message and options.
Went on the website to try and find some information but no luck. Finally managed to find a live chat option only to be told that Live chat agents are not available! Why? It's 2pm on a Wednesday.

Terrible company. Might give up on the whole charade and buy a product from a decent company.

should have read the reviews , what was argos thinking about buying this firm , bought a cooker from them , instructions useless , conked out after 5 days ,found out nut had fallen out of substandard connection box and NO WAY to put it back and earth screws dont tighten up,not only rubbish components but DANGEROUS as live wire came out contacted argos got nowhere after all the years all the money i have spent with this company my advice dont buy electrical appliances from argos or your on your own UPDATE bush contacted to say cooker connection box NOT COVERED well fancy that, not their fault call argos SHAMEFULjust hope it does not go on fire or electrocute someone then they will be sorry they ignored me

Bought a fridge and freezer last September, last week it stopped working properly. It's not cooling as before. My food in the freezer is about to get rotten, a damage worth of about 100 pounds or more. Called Bush free phone 0345 257 7271. They advised to switch it off and for monitoring the appliance for 48 hours!!!! What????? They said that only if the issue remains after 48hs they can send an engineer to take a look. This is so ridiculous! So please if you're thinking about to buy any appliance from BUSH, change your mind as soon as possible! Support is poor, they don't really care about their customers.

6 month old Bush Bagless cylinder vacuum cleaner, used occasionally in out static caravan, virtual brand new.
Emptied the cylinder and unbeknownst to me the whole of the inside fell out of the cylinder , called Argos/ Bush for a part number to order a new unit , was told it is not available, no part number ??
Eventually got past the idiot and spoke to a manager who gave me some part numbers and the address I could purchase , guess what, they don’t exist.
In the end today we bought one off Shpock just for the part, how ridiculous.
On fitting ,it is impossible for the whole inside to fall out , obviously, as explained to Bush , it is a fault and we should be entitled to a replacement.
I shall continue to press on with this as it’s extremely bad customer service with a unhelpful technical support who do not know their own products .
