Bought a Bush tumble dryer from Argos UK less than 2 years ago. It stopped working the other day and I was told it is a problem with the belt but have searched everywhere and the belt is not available or recognised. However Argos continue to sell the same model number. If Bush sees this please can you advise where to get the belt please? Thank you

Bought bush 12kg washer from argos only 2-3 years old and door seal broke thought no problem easy fix as most brands make it easy to get hold of door seals...nope not bush neither me or the local repair guys could locate a seal called up technical for bush to be told they can't supply parts for that washer which is absolutely ridiculous for somthing that's only 2-3 years old will never buy a bush appliance ever again if this is the service on relatively new appliances and dam sure I'll never recommend a bush appliance to any of my friends, family or customers will 100 percent steer them away from from anything bush related. Don't waste you're money on bush go buy a brand that actually stocks and sells simple spares

Disgusting company I phoned the support team as our newly bought tumble dryer has recently become faulty and has stopped working. I phoned them it took ages to find all the details they required before they would start troubleshooting. Even though we only bought it in May. I asked if he just possibly give us some technical advice..he said he could not as he had no technical knowledge? We bought this dryer from Argos. I would never buy a Bush product ever again!
Bush WDSAE86W 8KG/6KG - Guarantee Support Issues
I bought a Bush WDSAE86W 8KG/6KG 1400 Spin Washer Dryer - White - 932/7801 with extended 3 year guarantee. One of the main reasons is the machine very shallow, i.e depth as l have the outlet pipe at the back of where it needs to go. It was delivered but in less than 2 weeks it developed a fault. I rang the 'under one year guarantee engineer/call out support line'. They took my details and wanted 3 pictures of the machine front, back and side. I thought this odd. I sent photos and contacted them again and they said it was not covered because it was in a steamy environment i e a bathroom which it wasn't. They quoted chapter and verse from the manual 'dos and dont' page on why they would not honour the guarantee. It was in a small utility room with a space saver toilet. I tried to explian this and say it was vented. They weren't having it and transferred me to the after sales team. They listened to what l had to say and offerred a refund, repair or replacement. Why is it there are 2 diametrically opposed sides to Argos customer service? I took the replacement. Its working fine. My concern here is whether the after sales repair/enginneer support team (Domestic & General insurance) and Argos will honour my quarantee if l need it in the next 3 years. The engineer support team is operating 'sharp practices'. Also what if you are not tech savvy and can't supply electronic photos what happens then?. It is discriminatory in this regard as well and would be very stressful if you are elderly. The requirement to supply photos to them has the prime purpose of trying to find a way to not honour the guarantee - beware! blinking sharks. I wonder if my extended guarantee will now be honoured if l have a problem. Also, when l rang to register the replacement machine with the helpline (which is operated General & Domestic ins) they were curt and tried the hard sell for me to buy other appliance insurance which l declined! I am very disappointed with this inconsistent and very poor customer experience.
Update: Argos will not let me post a version of this review on thier site. I think this is disgusting behaviour.

Bought a bush tumble dryer from argos, stopped working after 5 months, sent repair man who told me he hated working on Bush appliances as they were 'crap 'said he would order parts for repair eight weeks later still waiting. Tried calling Argos for refund told I needed a reference no from bush, bush told me they don't do reference nos. Hours spent on the phone between Argos and bush and still no closer to resolving the problem. DO NOT order from Argos or Bush.

I had a bush TV before with no issues, that TV broke and I went through my insurance to get it fixed. However, they couldn't fix it and I got a voucher for another TV. I purchased the same TV but they must have upgraded or updated the model. It says it is UHD & HDR ready, but I connected my PS5 and when I try to play high quality games, the screen flashes black and sometimes white. I contacted bush & tried adjusting all the settings like they said and still it wasn't working. The man was so unhelpful and saying that there is nothing they can do, the fact is the TV is not compatible with the PS5, when it was on my previous tv of the same make & it states it is. So, they are selling a product using false advertisment. I am now trying to contact Argos to see if they are more helpful.
Frustrating fault!
I bought a Bush television on the basis of price alone...Big mistake. This is the worst television I have ever owned. It didn't work correctly from the moment I first plugged it in. On the positive side, the customer service was very good. The television still keeps losing all the channels and constantly needs to be re-set. This would be too difficult for many people and is quite time consuming. I would never buy another Bush.

Bought a bush mp30, device wasn’t recognised by pc, tried updating drivers ( non available) reset the device, gave up after 2 hours and rang technical support. Absolutely useless. Don’t waste your money, this MP3 player is useless!

Bought a Bush fridge/freezer from and six months later the thermostat stopped working properly, phoned customer support only to told that as I had used an electrical extension the warranty was void. Never again, painful lesson learned, thanks for nothing Argos.
Terrible customer service and product
Terrible customer service and product. I purchased a Bush washing machine in May 2022 which broke down after only nine months of use (set on fire). Engineer wrote it off and told us a replacement was needed, but Bush, Argos and Domestic & General (whose policy I purchased through Argos) are all passing responsibility between each other and nothing is being resolved.
Avoid buying Bush at all costs.
My Bush washing machine WMNS714W is only 2yrs old if that! I've not used much. Was doing my 2nd wash yesterday 23rd April 2023 I heard this almighty banging about the entire drum inside the washing machine was bouncing about making the entire machine move about it knocked me about. I'm unable to move it because I'm disabled, I've read so much about Bush washing machines etc yesterday and today wished I'd had read before I purchased that in my kitchen. My nerves are shot / I already suffer from mental health issues amongst other things like I was born with Klinefelter’s Syndrome 47,XXY look that up here: ksa-uk.net I will never buy another Bush product ever again! I saved up to buy that as I bought a 55" Bush TV that had issues into it's 1.5yrs. I want to know why are Argos allowed to sell these cheap nasty electrical products?
