2 fins on barrel broke off so they replaced with different fins so machine vibrates all over the place when spinning, rubber feet have marked the flooring which will not clean off. I will never buy a bush product again

Bush sell faulty products with no customer support and you will never get your money back! For the first time i bought a cheap bush tv, it lasted 1 monhh before becomming faulty, this is a scam, plain and simple. Save yourself so much hassle, dont buy a bush tv the usual scammers response is to try and remove the genuine review by asking for more and more information, there is nothing to discuss, you knowlingly sell faulty products

I had a faulty washing machine from brand new so I contacted Bush support helpline to try and get it sorted. Big mistake I was going around and around in circles speaking to different people and departments in a South Africa call centre. I gave up in the end and got the issue sorted by calling Argos.

I will never buy anything Bush ever again.

I've had 2 bush tvs and had the same problems absolutely crap please save your money and don't buy one honestly they are the worst tvs I've ever owned

Bought 24in smart tv for use in our caravan. Continually crashes with Green screen and needs to be powered down to make it work again whether on tv only or Internet tv. Also ot is not possible to add 3rd party apps such as Paramount / Apple tv etc. Will be returning to Argos.n

My father bought Bush washing machine 3 month ago it stopped draining called Bush support only to be asked to carry out some checks only my father is 70 and can’t kneel down also my mother has Alzheimer’s they kept him on phone for 2 hrs very unprofessional attitude towards pensioners and disabled they said if he cannot carry out checks only washing machine they will not help him I heard the conversations and disgusting the way they treat old disabled people I will now raise my concerns with the ombudsman about the way they got treated and not wanting to send out engineer to rectify the problem also I will highlight this on social media sites to warn the public not to buy any Bush products as they will become victims to their incompetence

Bush Tv 43” before the Tivo update it was just fine; then not so long ago I had to update to the TiVo version and problems started it’s just awful annoying and frustrating already bought a new tv; avoid this garbage it is not worthy better to pay a bit more than getting frustrated because that crap just do weird things .

I have had a TV bought from Argos by Bush few weeks ago. Brand new. Honestly worse Tv i have ever had. Totally waste of money. Apps are very slow not even loading. Crushes all the time. Internet connection through hotspot is awful. Remote is not even working properly. Awfully disappointed. Literally waste of money.

Auto tv update to TiVo this is so annoying if I knew this was going to happen I would not have brought this tv from Argos as the sleep timer is now in settings my wife can’t you just get something easy as my says it ain’t broke don’t go fixing it

Got their flat screen tv absolutely terrible works whenever it feels like it sometimes it detects HDMI sometimes not sometimes it gets wifi sometimes it dont while everything else at home works on wifi, dont buy their tvs I had two of them bought pretty much same time and both garbage

The Bush 43inch TV was initially really good. Then I had to download Tivo as this was needed. Since then it hasn't worked properly. Keeps crashing, having to reset it. Apps don't work. If I knew it would be powered by Tivo I wouldn't of bought it. Deeply disappointed!! Definitely would not recommend.

A truly awful TV. It hasn't even got a proper app store, so I can't download NOW TV or Paramount. It has Freely built in which is unbelievably intrusive. All in all, calling a Bush TV cheap and nasty would be too much praise.

Having bought a Bush washing machine 18 months ago costing almost £300 it has broken and doesnt work. I have checked and done all the checks.Argos told me because its over a year, if they sent someone I would be charged. They will not replace it.I contacted Bush -no reply. I think it is disgusting. In my opinion the washing machine isnt very old. I don't do heavy regular washes. I feel I spent a lot of money on it, thinking it was reliable. I can not afford a new machine every 18 months. Unfortunately we are reliant on such machines. This is being taken advantage of. Bush are not reliable, quality producers or customer concerned

I’ve got two bush smart tvs absolutely awful though they was a good deal but I’d rather pay the extra for a more reliable tv! The one in my bedroom I’ve had to set it back to factory setting twice already just for it to load the apps I wasn’t to use! I’ve had it two weeks!
The one in my living room it turns off unexpectedly all the time, today’s new feature it wants to do is only one half of the tv remote work so anything above the home button doesn’t work but my app buttons do and can’t turn the tv up or down. So anyone thinking about buying one pay the extra £50-£100 for a decent tv!

None of the apps work properly on my smart TV. Messages appear in foreign languages. Loading time is very slow. Sometimes cuts out and turns off without warning. By far the worst appliance in my house. I regret not spending double on a Samsung.

i have bought 2 kitchen appliances , a cooker and a washing machine they are 1 year old, the washing machine became really loud,then i noticed dust coming from the machine so i complained and was told it sounds fine so i had enough and got a new washing machine when my daughter and me moved the machine to put the new one in the concrete inside the machine was in bits ,so i was not happy with that.

the cooker first the element went in the bottom oven ,it got replaced then the bulb went not an issue easy to replace , the knob that controls the hobs came off now i cant fix it ,it permanently on and now i have to go and buy another cooker all of these are not old they are only a year old wont be buying bush again..

New issues with Bush Tv. It crashes every time there’s a Netflix advert. The programme begins again after the ad, black screen. No show. If you exit and re-enter the show you get a buffering percentage sign which never reaches 100%. Only way to fix is to factory reset. Are bush and Netflix in cahoots to force people to go ad free. 🧐 second new issue, green screen when selecting my fire stick source. Only way to resolve. You guessed it. Factory rest. Third new issue, with normal free view channels. No source found error appears - the factory reset.

I despise these big companies who are so fake on the phone and who want nothing but to try and upsell to vulnerable customers. There's no decency anymore. All i wanted to do was register my appliance for my included one year guarantee and the fake friendly advisor immediately delighted in telling me i could possibly be charged a call out fee if i claimed on the guarantee if it wasn't something covered by their policy and how they recommend buying the extra coverage package. I repeat, there is no decency in the world anymore. And what a suprise their website for registering an applicance hasn't worked for ages meaning you have to call to talk to a sales agent. I chose to hang up rather than listen to their fake niceties.
