BUSH TVs ARE NOT WHAT THEY USED TO BE: Bought a new Bush TV from Argos in December 2023 to replace the same model I’d had for 6 years, as I’d been really happy with it. No problems for the first year and then in December 2024 without warning they changed the Smart TV software to TiVo and that’s when the problems started. Sound disappears on some apps/channels, it has trouble starting, apps don’t always load, Freeview channels no longer available, messages saying the service is not available, etc, etc. I have to crawl behind the TV a couple of times a week to reboot. Bush/Argos support have walked me through various things including two factory resets and they have even sent me new software on a USB stick to load - NOTHING has helped. The days of sitting down, turning on the TV and watching something are gone, as everyday I have to play around just to get the thing to work. Because of the TiVo upgrade my TV is no longer fit for purpose and I’m going to have to replace it after just a year. If you’re thinking of buying a Bush TV from Argos - DONT DO IT

Our BUSH condenser dryer failed after 18 months, we contacted the support who were less than useless and we have had to purchase a new machine, I do not recommend anyone buying any bush appliances, stay well clear and save yourself a load of stress
Wasted money...
Unfortunately, I cannot give a positive opinion of the brand's TV. After a software update it has serious problems connecting to the wifi home network not to mention maintaining a stable connection. On start-up it generally does not start the first time, often resets itself when used with a connected laptop via HDMI. I strongly advise against this.

Just stop buying bush products. Purchase literally any other brand and it will be an improvement. Save yourself the embarrassment, cost and stress of being duped by these hacks. You can trace the decline of the product quality right back to where they sold to sainsburys. On that note, dont shop at argos, thats gone to s*** as well.
15m old already past it
I brought a vented tumble dryer in November 23 we are now in Feb 25 and it's making the most horrendous grinding only 15 months old would have expected it to keep going longer won't buy from them again !

Bush TV’s are awful have to factory reset my TV now at least every week to get connected to the internet. Will replace, Samsung from now on.

I would give Bush minus 5 if possible, The customer service is outrageous, I bought the bush oven and hob, worked ok for a while then the hob started cutting out, but on looking at the oven a lump appeared on the bottom of the oven breaking the enamel, I wiped it and cut my fingers I then knew the enamel was broken, so I rang Argos, because she was in warranty still I was referred to warranty solutions team, Nope they don't cover enamel just didn't want to know, so I contacted bush and stepped onto a roundabout, they passed me about, lied, then sent my fault to another company who sent me to another company and she read the email they sent, remember the enamel is not covered, I asked about the hob and she didn't know about the faulty hob, had to email back and rung me back different tone saying the enamel isn't covered but I'll ring you back when we have space to fit you in,This is utterly unacceptable as a customer, This company can not get away with selling rubbish and not standing over it. Bush is the worse company I have ever had the incautious to be mixed up in. But I'm gonna seek my rights and they will see they can't fob off decent customers like total idiots, please think twice three times before buying as much as pot off this shameful company Bush.
Unreliable, waste of money
Never have I had such unreliable tech! You turn on the TV, then it turns itself off. Have to do this multiple times. The only buttons that turn on the TV it power and Netflix button, nothing else works. Apps will fight for the screen time over lapping and both apps taking commands at the same time. The picture will go black and have intermittent sound. The TV will turn on when turned off. The sound is weak and if it's too loud the speakers buzz like crazy. I know 2 other people who bought this TV and have had identical experiences. If I had money throw away I'd take this TV outback and mercy kill it

Latest update has broken TV
Latest update has broken TV, won’t load apps and is now a very expensive monitor as can’t load anything to it. Also support page expects you to have the tv connected to the router to work, ridiculous when you buy these smart tvs you expect them to work with wifi. I have three of these and stupidly updated 2 now I only have one useable tv. Very upset
December update has broken the tv
I did an update in December and it has become a truly useless tv since, it turns itself off in the middle of things, it’s slow and clunky, the apps come and go at the drop of a hat and it’s just now a completely useless very expensive tv!!! Sort it out Bush it wasn’t half as bad before this stupid update.
New update freeze problem
It won't work properly after the update they've done in December!! I've reset it, contacted them and reset it with their operator, still freezes during watching TV! FIX IT!

The worst customer service I’ve ever had. Wouldn’t listen to the problem. Literally didn’t want to know and when asked for a manager he just ended the conversation.
Do not purchase Bush
My Bush TV is awful zero customer service as I have contacted them with no reply.
The TV will not come on first time and takes a good couple of minutes before it will come on, since a recent update it freezes and we have to unplug it before it will come back on. My mother has the same issue with her's.

New BUSH single electric oven built-in purchased and delivered from Argos.
Plugged it in and it was completely and utterly dead.
Not even the inside light worked!
I checked the mains supply - perfectly correct.
I checked the plug's fuse with meter - no problem there.
Checked for electrical continuity through the plug and switching - found none.
Called Argos, absolutely zero technical help, so I arranged for a collection and refund.
To be fair to Argos and Sainsbury's I have never had any problem with their BUSH products (CD Player and TV). That is why I ordered their Bush brand oven. A disappointing result.
Product Quality has gone down the drain.
I've been struggling with a bush tv for 15 months and Argos has tried multiple times to get it working, but it's a pile of rubbish and it's finally going in the skip.
It keeps disconnecting form the internet on a daily basis. I have to do a power reset every day. After an update the screen stopped working during streaming, but the image was back as soon as you pressed the back button. Argos did a factory reset and a day later the issues are back. Can't wait to get rid of this pile. I have 2 cheap samsung tvs that I bought after I bought this tv and the samsungs work perfectly. They have more apps like NOW tv and have never given any problems.
My Bush tv did an update a few days…
My Bush tv did an update a few days ago. It hasn't done one before so it was a surprise. Problem is it has moved the mute icon from the bottom right hand corner to half way up the right hand side. Right in the way when you are trying to find something to watch on sky on demand, netflix, prime and Disney. The update has also changed the nice big volume numbers to a slim bar going up the right hand side of the screen with the numbers so small I can't see them! I'm fecking fuming!
