Ordered t shirt December 15th still…

Ordered t shirt December 15th still haven’t received it. Emailed support and they said it was due to the USPS holding up times. Checked USPS website tracking, Busted Tees said it was shipped on 23rd. After checking tracking order wasn’t shipped they just created a label and have not sent. Asked them about and no reply instead of blaming USPS just say you guys suck at getting things shipped. Will never order from them again and telling everyone how bad they are at shipping and customer service not telling you the truth. Tried to cancel order before sent and never heard back. Not sure if shipped as of yet and if I will get or if I can cancel. Stay away from them if you don’t want what you ordered. Horrible company

Shipping Timeline Longer than Advertised

Ordered at the start of December when the site said orders would arrive by christmas. It's December 23 and the order still has not been shipped. It's disappointing as the shirts were for a pregnancy reveal. No communication on the order being delayed. Sent an email to customer service and all they sent back were links to non-functioning websites.

Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever. They use DHL which sucks and then their remedy is to offer 50% store credit for lost or undelivered merchandise. They suck so bad and customer service is non existent!!

DO NOT BUY FROM BUSTED TEES

This company is ridiculous! I placed my order 12/01 for 9 shirts (different sizes, same print, same color) that were supposed to be for Christmas. Today is 12/16 and do I have my order? Negative. I've emailed a total of 8 times to receive one reply giving the same bad information on the site. I also called their parent company (Sunfrog tees (989)206-4783) and had to leave a message for someone to return my call so that the issue can be resolved. Have I received a call? Negative. Not only all of that, but I've been receiving emails from a third party asking how much I like my order and could I take a picture of myself wearing the Non-existent shirts and send it to them? (I know what I'd like to send them...) The customer service is also Non-existent. Please, for the love of all that is sacred on this planet, DO NOT under any circumstance, give this company your business. And if you ever come across the company owner (Josh Kent) please pass along my disappointment in his business practices

Made a mistake on the order

Made a mistake on the order. Pushed the "not correct button" on the email. Wrote a email saing i made a mistake. 2 dayse later they responded that the order was shipped..
The t shirt is broke in the stitches. And bad quality...
The pach on the hat looks like it made i someones basement whiout ligt.. ther is glue all over..
But it cost to much to return from Europe..

waste of money, time, and any effort whatsoever

In summary, international shipping is extremely slow, taking approximately 14 days just to leave the US. Any inquiries are initially met with automated responses, and only after insisting that these messages are unhelpful might you reach an actual customer service representative. Additionally, be aware that your package will be held by customs, requiring you to complete the customs declaration and pay the import tax yourself. It's best to avoid this service.

Bait & Switch products

Bait & Switch products. The website advertises one design and you receive something different. Ordered two patch hats. What I received weren't even patches. They were a flimsy material with frayed edges and different color schemes. Since I never received the items advertised on the website, I requested a refund. The customer service (Nous) wouldn't budge in giving me a full refund. They offered credit. Why would I want credit for their crap products? After more emails, they mentioned I could return the items. I can return the items if I pay them $5 "restocking" fee per item to return PLUS purchase my own return shipping label! Most likely $5 covers the cost to make an item so they're still making money. I can see if I had buyer's remorse, then I fully understand this policy. BUT not receiving what I was seeing on the website, I shouldn't be treated as if this was my fault. Scam company.

Busted Tees Quality is Busted

I purchased two tees from Busted Tees. The price was high, which is fine. That’s transparent and available on the website. But, the quality of the shirt is abominable. Like an absolute joke! And their return policy is so difficult, I ended up just keeping them. Disaster of a company—avoid at all costs.

Buyer Beware

Buyer beware. Do not pay for “priority processing.” They charge you $6 and say they’ll process your order in “1 to 2 days MAX.” I placed my order on June 12. It’s June 17 and still hasn’t been processed. I emailed and they responded both times with cut and paste text saying priority processing does not mean priority shipping, only that they’ll get the order processed in 1-2 days MAX. Make it make sense. 😂🤦🏻‍♂️

I notified my bank they’re running a scam and will have my money refunded. Do yourself a favor and avoid this business at all cost.

I’m still waiting for my t- shirt after…

I’m still waiting for my t- shirt after two months. When I track the package it hasn’t moved since I ordered it. I haven’t received any updates. I don’t believe this is a real business. I believe it’s a bogus business set up to steal from people.
Very disappointed.

horrendous service

Apparently a 50% discount code to repurchase items not received from an order placed in December is considered “customer service” from @BustedTees - what a terrible experience and complete disappointment!

Shop elsewhere!

Support small businesses, just not this one!!

Two attempts never crossed border

My wife and I have had nothing but terrible customer service while trying to deal with this company.

We both place an order at the end of November, hers on the 23rd and mine on the 25th. Both ship out early december (Bensenville) at the same time and both arrive in Chicago together. There they sit for 3 weeks, we ask for an update are told they were lost in transit and new packages will be shipped out. December 28th, mine ships (Bensenville). Arrives in Chicago and once again stops. During this time, my wife's original package, that was determined to be lost, starts moving and going on a tour of the North Eastern US, finally arriving in Gaylord, where Busted Tees is located, clearly being returned to sender. They resend my wife's package, which is now sitting in Chicago and has once again been determined to be "lost". Meanwhile, my original package starts moving again! Doing a similar tour of the North Eastern US, but ultimately ending up in Gaylord, where Busted Tees is located. At this point, my second package hasn't moved for weeks and I'm clearly not getting the original one. I ask for a refund and not to have a third package sent to me. Three days later I wake up to an email with tracking for a THIRD PACKAGE. I reply telling them I do not want it and that I want my money back. I am told I have to wait for 6 weeks of no tracking updates OR refuse the package and send it back at my own expense. It's like it's a game, I need to wait 6 weeks of no tracking to get a refund, but they will send me a replacement before that 6 weeks is up, so I am never reaching that 6 week period. I am beyond livid with this company, which is sad because I had a great experience with them in 2021 when I ordered a hat for myself. I will be starting the charge back process with my bank so I am not dinged additional shipping or a "Restocking fees" for products that may not even exist.

And for those wondering if maybe the address was wrong, I was asked to confirm it....TWICE.

The negative reviews don't reflect my experience

I am confused by the overwhelming amount of negative reviews on this platform. I have had a very different experience with them. And, I paid much more for the products because I'm in Canada.

I placed 2 orders with this company. One at the end of November and the other early December. I received both items before Christmas.
After I had placed the orders, I looked the company up and panicked - thinking that I had just been scammed.
I contacted Bustedtees and was in regular contact with a customer service rep. They gave me the information I needed and remained professional, even when I was upset and concerned about the legitimacy of their company and claims.
I received both orders.
All the t-shirts are the quality they said they would be. I ordered some basic tees and some higher quality options, and all were as expected.
The 4 sweatshirts I ordered were a higher quality than I expected - thick, soft on the inside, good fit.

The images varied in brightness/crispness. The high majority were clear, vibrant, and crisp. 2 red sweatshirts had the lower quality image - lighter, almost looked faded. And, still okay - just not as good as the others.
I would order from this company again - just be prepared for international delivery to take longer than usual from some other retailers.

Don’t waste your time or money.

I wish I had read the unflattering reviews before ordering from this bunch morons. It’s says it been shipped but the USPS site says Ready To Ship. Bullcrap! I’ll probably get it sometime around next year by the looks of it. If you want quality shirts order from either Redbubble or Shirtpunch. Their service is fantastic.
