shipping is slow

They put a lot of effort into getting you to order - I had two emails and two phone calls getting me to place my order from my cart but can't deliver on time. No option to expedite shipping. Disappointed.

Horrible Quality

They print on the Gildan Heavy tees which are the cheapest and worst feeling shirt around. The print quality was terrible and you can tell done on very low end machines. They also sew a tacky looking tag at the bottom with their company logo on it, which is not on any of the pictures on their site. So to recap: they use the cheapest shirt, lowest quality printing equipment, brand it with their company name, and charge 25 bucks for it. Stay hot, Busted Tees. Stay hot. My choices are that I throw it away, return it on my dime, minus their shipping cost, and with a $5 restocking fee, or cut it up and use it for garage rags. I would burn it ceremoniously to rid the world of it's horribleness but god only knows what chemicals they used in the printing process. It may never go out. Avoid this place...for me, for yourself, and for humanity.

Something is very wrong here.

I only partially completed the order process but changed my mind and cleared it from my history without ever ordering.
There was no transaction and I thought I had deleted what I had entered.
Nope...
Minutes later my phone rang from the companies number.
What are they doing ??
I have an awful feeling they took my info and sold it. How did they get that info when I stopped partway and cleared it?

So very, very unhappy.

Followup:
I just got an email from the company asking me to finish my order. No problem there, that I have seen before.
I did delete and block the phone number.
If they email again ill do the same for that.

fast and looks great

The order came in within 2 weeks after I ordered it..They kept me up to date about the shipping...well, actually UPS did ;-) ) And be advised that I live on the other side of the world in Europe. I do not know what happens after I wash it, but now the seize looks OK and so does the print.

Ordered the Commodore 64 shirt

Ordered the Commodore 64 shirt - logo was not printed straight, the iron/press mark was evident on the shirt, logo was very high on the shirt (not across chest), and delivery took a month.

Not recommended.

BUSTED TEES GIVES YOUR DATA TO SPAMMERS

I was considering buying a couple shirts from this company. I was surprised to find I couldn't enter a discount code or get a shipping quote without entering my complete shipping information, email, and phone number. I didn't think too much of it at the time and continued. Within one minute of submitting that information, my phone was ringing with an 877 number. I did not answer. Only seconds later, I received a text message from a different number, greeting me by name and offering a discount on douching products. I have never seen a text spammer use my name before. I am forced to conclude that Busted Tees is selling their customers' personal data.

I didn't realise until it was too late that there was no Terms of Service agreement on our before the page that collects your contact information; you have to find a link to their Privacy Policy on the page footer. It contains disgusting statements like "By using any of our services you are agreeing to these terms," and "We work with a variety of third parties and may share customer data with them."

This company is despicable.

2 months and no T-shirts.

I ordered 3 T-shirts on the 6th of September and I still haven’t received them. I was told as it was international shipping it could take 6 weeks. It’s been 2 months! So I was offered a store credit which was a joke.. so now it’s been refunded MINUS shipping!! Why should I pay for items to be shipped that NEVER arrived!! Utter crap!

Very poor quality

I got mine and the quality was horrible. Like they ran out of ink. I ordered ladies and they were clearly men’s cut. Didn’t even bother to return them based on the reviews.

Do not order. You will be disappointed. Quality sucks.

T-shirt never arrived and no refund given

After ordering 6 weeks ago, I complained that my t-shirt never arrived. They would not contact UPS and UPS wouldn’t speak to me.

I asked for a refund, but they said I have to wait another 90 days!

Poor service. I question if they’re even a real company.

Facebook should be deleting them.

Believe other reviews. I placed an order almost a month ago. UPS still doesn't even have my product. Very unprofessional. Instagram shouldn't allow just anyone to advertise.

SCAMMERS - Holding money hostage; not sending product

I'm chasing down a refund on an order and getting the runaround.

6/17/2020 - Ordered a shirt, and site says they complete and ship within 5-7 business days, but I allowed some extra time due to pandemic.

7/11/2020 - Contacted them asking about status and telling them that I wanted to cancel if it wasn't going to arrive prior to 7/17/2020.

7/13/2020 - Contacted them again because I hadn't had a response from 7/11/2020 inquiry.

7/15/2020 - BustedTees sent a note that they're running behind and it's just going into production, will be done soon.

7/16/2020 - Busted Tees sent tracking number.

7/25/2020 - Tracking data shows shipment order created, but nothing has been sent out. Reached out to BustedTees again to get a status update and request a refund if it still hasn't even shipped.

7/27/2020 - BustedTees sent a note that "seems UPS might not have received the package" and that if I don't receive it after 30 days, they'll issue a new one or a refund. I wrote back that I paid for the order on 6/17/2020, so they've had my money for over 30 days and told them to cancel the order. They obviously bought themselves some time by giving a tracking number but still hadn't sent the package. They wrote back and said their policy was to give the delivery 30 days from when it was shipped, but it never shipped in the first place, I argued, so I want a refund.

This is ridiculous - they took the order, and my money, and now are refusing to acknowledge that they never sent it and holding my money for no reason at all. Tracking still shows that nothing was ever handed over for delivery.

They have no phone number to call, so I will keep venting on review sites, and eventually to the Better Business Bureau and/or the Michigan Attorney General office until I get my refund.

Don't order anything from this company

Don't order anything from this company. I waited for a month to receive the order and when I didn't receive any notification that it had been shipped, I cancelled the order and asked for a refund.
It took them over 24 hours to respond to my cancellation email, where they indicated it had been already been shipped and they could provide a store credit if I wanted to return the items. I checked my order status - it does not say shipped, nor have i received any notification to say it was shipped.
To say they are deceitful seems accurate to me. Save yourself the money and time and don't order anything from them.

Busted Tees = Busted Customer Service

Busted Tees? More like busted customer service! I placed an order a month ago and haven't heard a word since. Even sent them two emails inquiring about status in the past week and STILL no response. I finally notified them that I just want to cancel the order but here's the big question.... will they even know I've canceled since they clearly don't check their "contact us" inbox? Steer clear. Not worth the effort you'll have to put in following up on these guys.

Don’t expect reasonable shipping times

I ordered 4 shirts and got a quick email confirmation of my order. But then nothing for 2 weeks. I wrote to their Customer Service email, and after a couple of days they responded that they were behind in orders, but were trying to catch up. So I waited 2 more weeks, and still no word. I wrote back again asking that they cancel my order and give me a refund. It took them a couple of days to respond to that, but they did cancel it and give me a refund. I’m disappointed in the whole process, but at least I ultimately don’t feel like they scammed me.

Gave up after a month

Ordered t-shirts a month ago. Their site states they ship in 5-7 days. I emailed them two weeks ago for an update and ETA and got a vague 'we're running behind' message. Requested a refund.

UPDATE 7/29/2020. Like the person below, I was sent a tracking number over two weeks ago. It still hasn't been handed over for shipping. I got the same runaround about 'if it hasn't moved in 30 days we will replace/refund.' I opened a claim with PayPal. I want my money back.

Exceptionally slow international delivery. Two months???

Placed an order from the UK on 2nd December 2019.
17 days later I get a message saying it will be shipped soon.

When I queried why it hadn't been sent in time to hit International shipping dates for Christmas I was told orders take from "between 2 weeks to 2 months to be shipped". I guess taking people's money upfront is more important to you folks than customer satisfaction.

I'll not be recommending you to anyone.

Edit: I was refunded my shipping for this order, which I appreciate. The item I ordered was good quality.
