This badge reel is the best. The piece that attaches to the badge eventually broke on my original Buttonsmith badge reel. I replaced it with a similar product of a different brand because I liked the button selection better. HUGE mistake. The badge reel didn't clip tight enough so it was constantly falling off and when it fell i would have to glue it back together every time. Frustrated I bought another Buttonsmith badge reel and the quality is so much better. It clips tight and because of how its made I'm not worried about pieces popping off if I drop it.

I LOVE the buttons I had made! They are perfect! And they got here fast!
I also got 2 dog collars, both are printed with my dogs' names. They are awesome! Look good and are tough enough to keep up with them!

Love the quality of my buttonsmith reel. Compared to other badge reels I’ve used, the plastic clip actually keeps my various hospital badges/security beeper in place rather than popping open. The string they use is strong, no breaks on me after a few weeks of use on an inpatient psych unit!

The magnetic buttons are very beautiful. I got the watercolor flowers with the rose design for the reel with clip. This reel will be holding my blunt tip embroidery scissors.

I received a dog collar as a gift from my sister, our puppies are siblings. However the phone number was wrong on the collar. Not sure who’s fault, I’m assuming my sister. Buttonsmith responded very quickly and replaced the collar him the correct number. “No Charge” I’m very happy. I also ordered another collar for my other dog. Definitely would recommend Buttonsmith.

I ordered the rectangular buttons and am very pleased with the outcome. I was initially concerned that the image would not fit but felt at ease after speaking with a customer service rep online. I was truly impressed with the quick responses and the quick delivery. Would highly recommend!

My whole family has been using Buttonsmith masks since the summer of 2020, and none of us, to our knowledge, has gotten COVID. I currently wear a high-grade surgical mask (with the earloops snipped off) inside the Buttonsmith's filter pocket: the surgical mask does a better job of filtration, but the Buttonsmith mask, because of the cotton, is much more comfortable, and its fit, because of the ear loops and keeper-strap, is much better. I'm a teacher, so I'm exposed to a lot of germs, and I feel that my mask combination has really protected my health in a way I'm grateful for. And it's done the same for my family.
