I have bought collars from Button Smith before Covid 19 when you could just go into the store. This time did it online. But could still pick it up at the store (no contact) and no shipping. I could not be happier.

I bought these as a Christmas gift. They're super cute and appear to be good quality (I haven't opened the packaging as it's a gift, but it feels substantial). The order was processed quickly and I received it within a week. I'm happy with the product. Hopefully, my SIL will feel the same. :-)

I love these collars! I’ve got a German short haired pointer who’s rough and rugged - he gets a new collar every year for Christmas. These collars hold up and look good at the end of the year —— and the best part is that they’re made right here in the USA!

The collar came fast and the colors were vivid and true.

It did seem a touch short to me (I ordered the small and had to expand it as far as it would go.

The layout is such that only the phone number is visible from above (i.e., looking down). The dog's name is however printed on each side. At first I was unsure about this - but I've decided it's actually ok bc if he were to get lost/separated - the phone number is indeed most important - and by virtue of the spacing - easily legible. This also may not be an issue on a medium or larger dog collar.

Lastly, do note the material used here, which I anticipate will last a long time and hold the color. (I have 2 leashes this material -coming on 30 years now - and still bright - despite the snow and salt.) To be clear - it's not the textured/ribbed fabric - which fade with in 3 years.

I chose light blue with snowflakes and red classic font and it is REALLY cute!

I contacted Buttonsmith to place a somewhat large order of buttons and magnets in October. The order was for a double funeral in my family that was sudden and I needed it rushed. The order was placed on a Friday and completed and ready for pickup by early Sunday morning!
During such a stressful and painful time I really appreciated you guys for helping me so quickly with a great product that ended up being a comforting gesture for many people to proudly wear during the service.

The custom lanyard was perfect, even better than my son had hoped or expected and it came very quickly. We are very pleased with Buttonsmith!
