Avoid. The whole experience from start to finish was a nightmare. I never leave reviews or complain but I don’t want anyone else making the same mistake we did. We ordered a shed from here. When it was delivered it was missing all nuts and bolts. We had someone booked in to build the shed the next day and we was told these missing parts will be sent out next day delivery. This did not happen. When we called we was told that it was sent Royal Mail and could take up to 3-5 days to arrive. We lost money as we had to pay our builder a day rate as he had our job booked in but couldn’t complete the work. When the parts did arrive we was still missing all fixtures and fittings for the shed and was only sent the roof fittings. Without going into a very long story we had a very unhelpful response from the customer service team after countless phone calls and waiting for team leaders to call back who kept blaming their supplier. This was now the second time we arrange for our builder to come and was unable to complete the job as the parts still hadn’t arrived. So once again we was out of pocket. Once everything did arrive the shed was built it was clear it was very poor quality. There were multiple holes in the wood. They shed bowed and photos were sent to the customer service team who ignored this every time we chased. They offered a very very minimal refund for the poor customer service and ignored the faulty product. We are now left with a shoddy shed and a much higher builders bill than expected. Please do not use. Looking at the reviews it seems mainly to be for fence panels so maybe these are ok but definitely do not order sheds! You will be wasting a lot of money and time.

Good company pricing is good and materials are excellent good quality as well
It was easy to order online ,the process from start to finish was excellent,up to date info on delivery ,the 2 drivers were courteous very quiet and friendly just a brilliant service from start to finish.Would definetly recommend them the goods were of good quality as well good prices.

Only ordered one fence panel but very good quality. Delivery driver said my address was incomplete on his paperwork so had some difficulty finding address. However still cheerful, polite and friendly. Thought delivery charge was a bit expensive but overall very happy with service.

Really poor quality and terrible…
Really poor quality and terrible customer service.
AT £79.99 per panel, we expected good quality fence panels. What we got was cheap bits of wood stapled together with even cheaper bits of baton. When I complained about the quality I was told that it matched the description on the website! I sent 3 subsequent emails to politely dispute this and to try and arrange a return, but each was ignored. A further 3 phone calls and finally collection was arranged, but I was charged a £30 fee for this, which strictly speaking is against the Consumer Rights Act. This was the only way to have the fence panels (nearly £1k in total) refunded. Needless to say, we won't be shopping with buyfencingdirect again!
