My go to. Quick delivery, well packaged logs. Helpful delivery driver tried his best to get the pack close to the store. Much appreciated.
Good product, priced competitively and delivered quickly and efficiently. I’ve used them for about four years and never had cause to be anything other than happy.

Delivery driver was incredibly helpful
Delivery driver was incredibly helpful. Logs were good, dry though a little bit large for our small fireplace. Delivery took longer than initially indicated. The logs burn really well but very fast

Dear Nick, thank you for your feedback! We’re glad to hear the driver was helpful and the logs were dry and burning well. Our logs are cut slightly rougher to provide a longer burn time and better heat output. We appreciate your comment about the delivery timing and will take it on board.

Dear Customer. The statement in this review is factually incorrect.
The logs have been delivered, as confirmed by the customer, and there was ongoing communication throughout the process.
Despite significant delivery challenges and adverse weather conditions, we did everything possible to ensure the order was delivered rather than cancelled.
We fully respect feedback regarding the delivery experience, but kindly ask that reviews accurately reflect the facts.
Fantastic experience with the delivery…
Fantastic experience with the delivery service! The logs showed up right on time, and the driver placed them exactly where I requested. Although it would have been helpful to know the delivery window in advance to adjust my schedule, it worked out since they arrived at the end of the time frame, and I was home in time.

What a service
What a service ! Ordered couple of days before Christmas not expecting delivery until 29th onwards. But low and behold order confirmed and delivered the next day - amazing ! This time round we ordered an XL mixed pallet. The pallet load was very high and had moved a bit in transportation making it very unstable getting off the vehicle but the delivery guy dealt with it with the help of my other half . Can't recommend this company enough -

Weather proof wrapped log delivery
The delivery was made in good time and the weather proof wrapping on the pallet meant that there was no immediate hurry to unload the logs into the storage shed.
The logs are burning really nicely on the fire, so all in all really pleased with the purchase.
