Ordered a bright and cheery bouquet to cheer someone up. They basically received a bunch of white chrysanthemums with 4 orange flowers in it. Nothing like what the bouquet was supposed to be like. Their reply was they have the right to replace flowers if not in season. Would NOT recommend to anyone

This is the second time I have ordered flowers and both times the delivery date has been ignored. This time was for 19 April been notified today they are not going to be delivered until 20 April what is the point of asking for a date when they do not honour it. Cannot understand

First time ordering ! So pleased I ordered flowers to welcome my auntie into her care home on the first day first her the flowers where besutiful and she loved them. Such a gem to find bouquets by post I will use again . Very happy customer

I ordered three bouquets and all recipients received beautiful flowers on the planned date. Great price too. Highly recommended. Thank you bouquets by post, your lovely flowers made their day.

Let Me Start Off By Saying The Flowers Are Nice Which Was delivered But i purchased them on the 30th March , Dispatched on the 3rd April & i had selected the 7th April for my gfs birthday and checked the link i was provided which then said we will deliver on the 8th ? , if someone selected a date which was given to me as an option , then why were they delivered the next day ? No
Communication from the company to say sorry or even an email. This Unfortunately will be the first & last time i order as , as much as i hate to say it , had nothing for her birthday , very disappointed

I ordered some flowers for Mum for Mothers to be delivered on 14th March but she received them on 12th March. When they arrived they were ok but 3 days later they were wilting. I was away for 2 weeks so was unable to contact them. On my return I sent an email telling them about the flowers. The response was you should have reported this earlier and when I asked for a refund it was declined. They could only give me some more flowers (which will last only 3 days again). Don’t order from this company.

Disgraceful service
Flowers have no resemblance to the image online.
Ordered orange but turned up pink and random colours.
Excuses were terms and conditions.

I ordered flowers for my daughter’s 30th birthday, and I was very disappointed with the service. The flowers advertised on the website looked classy and elegant, but the ones that were delivered looked nothing like what was shown.

When I contacted the company to raise this issue, they told me I would need to return the flowers at my own expense before they would issue a refund. For such a large company, I find their lack of customer service and unwillingness to take responsibility very frustrating.

This feels like false advertising, and I would strongly advise others to avoid using this company.

I ordered flowers a full week ahead for Mother's Day and carefully selected a preferred delivery date to ensure they arrived on time. Despite this, they failed to deliver on the day, and the flowers arrived a day late completely missing the occasion.

When I emailed customer service to express my disappointment, their response was shocking. They told me that the selected delivery date is merely a "guide" and that deliveries take 3-4 days. If that's the case, why let customers select a specific date? Mind you even tho i ordered it a week before Mother’s day. This excuse is completely ridiculous, especially during a busy period like Mother's Day when timing is everything.
I sent a second email asking for a proper resolution, and it was completely ignored. No response, no apology, nothing.

If you are ordering for a special occasion, do not trust this company. They take your money, fail to deliver on time, and then ignore you when you try to get help.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE IDIOTS. Quick to take your money but 10 days to pay it back. Disgusting.

I have seen a number of good reviews for this company however I didn’t receive a good service. My Mother’s Day flowers didn’t arrive on time, being a mother I was very disappointed. When calling the company they made out it was my fault as I shouldn’t have accepted the flowers and now they want me to pay to get them returned. The company is an absolute joke. Take my advice use your local florist you receive better customer service

Do not order anything from this company if you want them to be delivered on a specific date. Flowers arrived 2 days late, which is an especially big issue given you're trying to surprise someone and told them to be home to receive them on a certain day. Customer service was very unhelpful and unsympathetic.

Ordered flowers and a card for Mother’s Day on the 12th March due to arrive on the 14th March still to date have not been delivered. I have emailed the company three times and tried to call them still no response. Extremely poor customer service

AVOID!!!! Dreadful company. Ordered my mum mothers day flowers and havnt turned up at all. Royal mail tracking still saying we are expecting your parcel. Complained and they said they'd issue a replacement. Still no replacement. All I want is a refund and they are now ignoring me.

No flowers delivered currently so I cannot comment on the quality. My issue is with delivery times. At the point that I placed my order it asked what delivery date I would like. I chose the following day (Saturday 21st March) and duly paid my £4.99 shipping fee. Today (Sunday 22nd March) I received a royal mail tracking number! I am aware that they do not deliver on Sundays therefore I now expect my flowers to arrive on Monday 23rd March. This is unacceptable. Why give the option of next day delivery if you know you are unable to fulfill it????? I'm disappointed as this is for a relative that is end of life and would have been nice to arrive when I knew someone would be there to help put the flowers in a vase. Sadly this is now unable to happen so feels like a bit of a waste of money now. I would avoid in future unless delivery dates can be guaranteed unfortunately.
