Our products have a warranty period, even if the product is damaged due to logistics, we will send you a new one for free as compensation. But we can't accept a full refund just because of an unclear video. You can see that we have not received any bad reviews about product quality issues, we will be responsible for every customer.

Awful. The item I received was nothing like was advertised on their website. The look and size was totally different. I had contacted support and they agreed to send me a replacement seeing as the item I received was wrong. The replacement that showed up was somehow even WORSE than what I had originally gotten. Practically the size of my hand so, unusable. They claim that the replacement was the correct one, but this is untrue. Their website is simply false advertisement. Do yourself a favor and buy elsewhere. You will not be satisfied.
