Also known as better bathrooms
They basically pre buy items from China and will only ship when they have enough orders .
It was so late weeks and weeks and when it arrived ( radiator for a bathroom ) the pipes didn’t even reach the wall and was a totally different color .
They would not even refund me £35 to get the parts needed and fitted to make it actually look the item listed .
The answer was from the manager your plumber should have known it may need extra parts
This has been going on months now .
I will never buy anything again from this company
Avoid and buy elsewhere !!

Failed repairs on a paid policy. Leaking fridge ignored.
Review:
I purchased a fridge from Appliances Direct and paid extra for a 4-year unlimited extended warranty administered by UK Warranty Ltd. The fridge is 2.5 years old and completely broken—it is leaking water on my floor and freezing my food.
UK Warranty has sent an engineer TWICE and failed to fix it. Under the terms of the policy I paid for, if it cannot be repaired, it must be replaced with a brand-new machine. Instead, customer service has been incredibly rude and refused a replacement.
Because this is a regulated insurance product, 1 am now raising a formal complaint to escalate to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS). Leaving a paying customer with a leaking, dangerous appliance for over a month is a disgrace.

Although I ordered my laptop quite late in the day, it still arrived as stated the following day.
With a bit of apprehension, I decided to opt for a refurbished Mac, but unsure of what to expect! I need not have worried- it arrived in perfect condition, in its original box, with its charger in the same perfect condition. Extremely happy with my purchase - I can highly recommend this company.

Delivered my order on time
Delivered my order on time. Got a call of the driver 30 minutes before he arrived at my home, so I didn't have to stay in on the May bank holiday. I was sent emails to keep me informed of my order status and what to do before installing my order. The driver was helpful and informative too.
