Very disappointing experience. We returned unused plates because they were the wrong colour. First, we were told there would be a 25% restocking charge, and we also paid the return postage ourselves. After they received the goods, they refused to refund anything because two cardboard dividers from the original packaging were missing, even though the plates were returned in the original boxes and carefully repacked to prevent damage during transit. Refusing a refund for an entire order over two missing cardboard dividers is completely unreasonable. Based on this experience, I will not be buying from this company again

My order arrived quite quickly and was very well packed and undamaged. I was very pleased

Bought a dishwasher for my organisation and it has been problems after problems. I personally believe the dishwasher bought from them was faulty to start with. Getting the service team to come out takes forever. Currently I am still waiting for a repair to the dishwasher that was reported faulty since the beginning of May. No date yet for when it will be fixed. Poor communication. Practically dismissive on the phone and cannot give any sort of updates. I will not recommend this company to any individual or organisation.

I have bought dozens of machines from this company. Most recently, I purchased a Rational oven for £5,199.95. Because the oven was small, I wanted to return it. They told me they would deduct an extra fee. To avoid the deduction, they suggested I buy a more expensive oven instead. I bought the oven for £6,497.99 and paid for it immediately. Although they should have refunded the £5,199.95, they only paid back £3,899.96. They deducted £1,299.99 from the refund. A deduction of £1,299.99 was made. DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM. YOU WILL GET SCAMMED.

I rarely do reviews because 9 times out of 10 you order, it’s delivered and it’s what you ordered. This should be normal. And sure enough I ordered, it was delivered and it was what I ordered. However the 12 Bead steak knives were of an exceptional standard/quality and constituted ridiculously good value. 12 beautiful knives for less that £20 (INCLUDING the P&P)

The order eventually arrived, it took far too long to arrive. I suspect they had to order whatever held it up from China. When I phoned to ask how long orders normally take the person I dealt with was evasive.

Easy to order. Had been looking for this particular teapot everywhere and finally found it at Buzz.

Not the level of service I have come to expect from Buzz. I placed my order on 1st June the system told me that the goods I was ordering were in stock but it took 12 days and two phone calls before I received my order.

Good quality products which arrived at the specified time. Good value too.

Delivery arranged quickly when we selected an alternative machine (not sure why we could order and pay for the original machine if out of stock). Delivery driver helpful and when we had some issues with operation technical help was available.

Ordered a dishwasher - Website said it was in stock and next day delivery, it wasn't in stock and only more expensive ones available. Take money immediately but takes 7 - 10 days refund!
