Delivery arranged quickly when we selected an alternative machine (not sure why we could order and pay for the original machine if out of stock). Delivery driver helpful and when we had some issues with operation technical help was available.

Ordered a dishwasher - Website said it was in stock and next day delivery, it wasn't in stock and only more expensive ones available. Take money immediately but takes 7 - 10 days refund!

Purchased all white goods, crockery, cutlery for our large office from Buzz Catering.

I first seen this dinner set when i was in a caravan in Skegness i took a photo of the set and name of the product i ordered them when i got home,from ordering to delivery and emails in between this Company have been nothing but exceptionally. Thankyou.

Staff attitudes sometimes unbearable. They think all their customers lier or looking free stuff. They expect to check delivery straight deliveries time , drop everything check size, colour measurements thickness you name it. Otherwise you can not use your opinion thier crap service.

One parcel missing

I've ordered twice now from Buzz: for a pack of 12 glass tankards and then a further 24 glass tankards. All tankards have arrived in great condition - clean, safe and good quality. The shipments always arrive quickly. No complaints. Will be ordering from them now on every time I need more stock (I do glass art)

Ordered a Global Bread Knife. It was on sale at a very good price. The follow up to verify my age was speedy and easy to complete and the knife arrived in very good time afterwards. Very pleased with everything. Would recommend this company.
