This is the third time I will use this company and as usual it was so easy to design and place my order. I was also able to talk to someone about my order when I had a concern. My order came within two days and was everything I ordered.

Great quality, price and fast delivery. Just perfect 👌🏻

I've been using BW Trophies for well over 10 years, and throughout that time they have been nothing short of outstanding. In a world where good customer service can be hard to find, BW Trophies have remained consistently reliable, professional, and friendly year after year.

The quality of their trophies and medals is always excellent, and their deliveries are consistently prompt and on time. As someone who runs sports camps and birthday parties, it's important that I can rely on my suppliers, and BW Trophies have never let me down. The children and families absolutely love the medals and trophies we provide, and they always add that special finishing touch to our events.

What really makes BW Trophies stand out is their incredible team. Shelley, Steve, and the rest of the staff are always welcoming, helpful, and attentive. Whether I'm placing an order in person, online, over the phone, or by email, they are always happy to help with any questions or queries. On the rare occasions I've been unsure about something, they've gone above and beyond to make sure everything is sorted quickly and efficiently.

Their customer service is second to none, and the little extras and freebies they've occasionally included over the years have been a lovely gesture and very much appreciated.

After more than a decade of fantastic service, I genuinely wouldn't consider going anywhere else. BW Trophies have played a small but important part in the success of my business, and I can't recommend them highly enough. Thank you to Shelley, Steve, and the whole team for your continued support over the years.

Unbelievably quick service as always. Turn around less than 24 hours. Always phone if unclear before production. Brilliant to work with and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Good website, but also a personal touch if needed. Always answer the phone and so easy to communicate with.

Nice trophy and was prepared and ready for collection in line with my tight timeline, which was appreciated.

Just excellent customer service!
I get some medals from BW Trophies about once every 5 years, and I'm always glad to see that they're still there.
The experience is always top notch, with great communication (via email or phone), flexibility, and incredibly fast turnarounds. At very reasonable prices too.

Prompt delivery, nice trophies

Amazing company could not fault at all.
Have used this company a few times and have never been disappointed

Great Choice, Great Value, Exceptional turn around and Delivery time.
Couldn't ask for a better service

Have been ordering medals and trophies for 10 years.
My orders are always simple and BW are so quick. My last order was out for delivery the next day.

This is the second lot of badminton medals I have ordered from BW Trophies - for a local badminton league presentation evening and for an inter-league town badminton competition - and it certainly won't be the last.
I found ordering and providing the site with the relevant logo extremely easy; the service could not have been quicker; and, for the price paid, I am very happy with the quality of the medals.
