These fraudsters just charged me $396 out of the blue even though I haven't had any contact with them for two years. I will seek legal action against them if I don't receive a refund.

My wife and I booked a cruise through BWJ Travel and we couldn't be happier. They not only got us a great deal but also recommended the best excursions at each port. It really felt like we had insider knowledge thanks to them.

I worked with Starr from BWJ Travel and she was fantastic. She listened to what I wanted, offered options I hadn't even considered and made everything so easy. The entire trip to Cancun went smoothly and I will definitely use them again.

I usually book trips myself online but this time I wanted a more personal touch for our family vacation. BWJ Travel took all the stress away. Hotels, flights, even small details like airport transfers were perfectly arranged. It felt like someone truly cared about our experience.
Fake. Scam artists. False good reviews. Dedicated scammers.
Scam alert. They faked an entire website, and have many members that scam the customers as well as the people trying to get a job working for them. They make you pay to use their fake service, which promises distributors, but just takes you through more loop holes of paying for more.

This company scan me last year and charge me 390 dollars when I called I was told I couldn’t get my money back I spoke to Jasmine and told her I wanted my name out of their company and they could keep my money few days ago they charge me again with the same excuse I report it as fraud because I was very specific from the beginning they give you fake leads and make you waste your time and money stay away from them
This isn't just a travel agency
This isn't just a travel agency, it's like having a personal concierge. They know all the tricks, perks, and hidden gems. Already booked my next trip with them.

Used a BWJ for last-minute honeymoon plan and they nailed it. Romantic resort, perfect itinerary, and even a surprise room upgrade. Couldn't have asked for better service.

Honestly didn't think I needed a travel agent in 2025, but wow was I wrong. They found deals I couldn't get on my own and even helped me with travel insurance. Super smooth experience from start to finish.
Had zero time to plan a proper vacation…
Had zero time to plan a proper vacation and BWJ totally saved me. My agent handled everything, flights, hotel, excursions and I didn't have to lift a finger. One of the most stress-free trips I've ever taken!
BWJ Agents is a scam
BWJ Agents is a scam! They make it seem legitimate. I found this job offer on Indeed, which details working remotely from home and booking reservations for hotels and travel. I sent my resume, and they contacted me very quickly, which seemed odd. "Edwin" sent me a link to join a meeting at my convenience. The next day, I joined the meeting, a live zoom meeting of "Jacob " explaining the pay, duties, and other details. It sounded too good to be true. After the presentation, there was an option to pay monthly or yearly, "Jacob" had said he would not end the call until he had everyone provide him the "order number " to show that we paid for a travel license which didn't feel right.I did some research and found reviews from people who paid but never received the classes or a refund. It's a shame how people do this. When I went to the BBB to report the scam, they asked for the scam's location. BWJ Agents are smart; they list three different locations in Canada, making it difficult to pinpoint their actual location. If you look up the zip code and address they use, it's odd—they use a CA address. What I was able to find though was BWJ ( Book With Jacob ) 1731 W. Glenoaks Blvd. Suite #202 Glendale, CA 91201 Phone: (818) 450-8085 BWJ Agents is a scam targeting people who want to work from home. They noted that it's unusual to be required to pay a monthly fee to be "licensed" and that the license is granted through the company itself, which is suspicious. DO NOT FALL FOR IT
This is the biggest scam company
This is the biggest scam company, YOU DONT PAY TO WORK.
Booked a Proposal Trip!
I planned a surprise trip to Iceland to propose and BWJ helped arrange everything - even got us Northern Lights tours.
This Isn't MLM - It's Real
There's no recruiting, no upsells, non of that. Just real travel booking and real commissions.
Feels Like I Have a Travel Assistant
I just text my agent what I want and boom - done. It's like having my own personal travel assistant on call.
Actually Got Me a Better Deal Than Google
I had already picked flights and a hotel, but BWJ still beat my price AND added extras like breakfast and early check-in.
Impressively Terrible Interview
I figured it out within the first 10 minutes of the meeting. He wasn't even good at it. ChatGPT could have come up with a better script. I am honestly impressed with how bad it was. I really just watched the pre-recorded "interview" just to see where it would go. Thank you for the new experience.
Big Time Scam
Big time scam! I should have known better when I watched the webinar and he did not acknowledge me as having paid for the fake Errors & Commission insurance that I had not received. Also, the login link he provides takes you back to the course. And, the login email that you will find in your spam email will not work. Please, please, please do yourself a favor and listen to these reviews before you, too, make the same mistake and get scammed. This Business with Jacob (BWJ) man needs to go to jail for fraud, waste, abuse, and theft!
Best Travel Hack I've Found
Honestly feels like I unlocked some secret. Booking travel, getting perks and getting paid? Wild.
Was Skeptical, Now I'm Hooked
At first I was like, is this too good to be true? But it's real. Booked two trips in my first week as an agent.
SCAM! BOOK W/JACOB SCAM!
The founder of this so-called travel agency is posting ads on Indeed, Craigslist, and social media promising up to $40 dollars and hour for a customer service and data entry job.
You're invited to a group interview online, and this total fraud wastes an hour of your time spinning an elaborate tale of how his father built this agency, and how they work with celebrities. He said everyone in the group interview was being offered a job and he started in with how much many we would all be making. Then out of nowhere, he said we could only work for his agency if we had "Errors and Ommisions" Insurance. The next the I know, there is a form on my screen to input credit card information for the insurance for $97 dollars.
When I input travel, Jacob, and employment scam, I was surprised to find it everywhere on the internet. Multiple threads on Reddit, Quora, Better Business Bureau, and he has videos all over TicToc. It's like the whole world is talking about this scammer, so why is he still able to do this?! I turned him in to the FBI.
