SCAM , Jacob(founder) advertises the job as DATA entry. At the end of the pitch, you have to provide your debit card information.

A total waste of an hour of my time.

Started this just to make some extra money and now it's covering my rent. Booked 5 trips in June alone.

I wasn't sure if the agent side of things was for me, but the training is great and I just booked my first solo client!

Spoke with Jacob at a group interview basically number that was provided no answer just an answer machine. Never had anyone reach out from the team I paid 97 dollars but lesson learned

Knowing BWJ is there in case something goes wrong takes so much stress off my plate. That's worth it alone.

Between school drop-offs and dinner, I find time to book travel - and actually make money. BWJ makes it possible to build something from home.

I booked 3 trips while backpacking in Southeast Asia. Just had my laptop and wifi. This job goes wherever I go.

I used to think I didn't need a travel agent - until I tried BWJ. The time, stress and money they saved me is invaluable. I'll never book alone again.

I just went through this "class". I noticed too many red flags.
1) Never called my name, even though I would answer first on many of the questions.
2) The background of the speaker was generated. This is HUGE red flag to me, he could be anywhere on Earth. I've taken many interviews in life, people usually don't like generated backgrounds, looks too fishy.
3) The other "people" were not real. They gave canned answers, without many misspellings too fast. Most people in chat rooms misspell a lot, and often.
4) Not once did he say "this is a commission job". The initial ad gave a dollar amount ($27/hr) - This was the bait.
5) Then the "boom" at the end. The "call to action", the link for the "Errors & Omissions Insurance" for a round $97/monthly. The page looked somewhat professional, but no contract, nothing was shown to me about a position being offered. And the best part? The "Jacob" character asks for the "Code Number" that would be generated after a person made the payment. Some came back within less then a minute. Some stated "they were looking for their wallet". This is the "FOMO to push" the unsuspecting viewer that sees others making the leap that they would want to make the leap too... But this was a room full of bots. Not people. It just was too good to be true. The "Jacob" character states that the first Year Average of the "Consultants" was $170k , and after Performance Review they give a 35% raise. From someone who knows numbers and how money works... I smelled the scam now.
6) Not ONCE did he mention the company name. My alarm bells went into overdrive from all of these points.

While on the video call, I start doing some digging. "Jacob", BWJ Travel... Glendale, CA... Click around the site, some things are just off. And then I get to these reviews on TrustPilot. Thank you to everyone who left a post, I might not have been convinced this was scam in total without it.

DO NOT BUY. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR INFO, DEBIT/CREDIT CARD NUMBER. I learned about this on FaceBook. FB, an American company is facilitating a employment scam. You can NOT trust the social media sites to vet their advertisers. They get paid to help scam the user, so its in their best interest to keep the scam running and alive.

Webinar showed picture of building in LA. They also advertise in Glendale at 1731 Glenoaks Blvd and 468 Camden Drive, Beverly Hills. I sat through a 90 minutes presentation. They asked for $97.00 for travel agent certificate. Then I was asked to attend a second webinar for a company meeting. As it turns out this was a repeat of the 90 minute previous meeting. It is not live. I asked in the chat about their BBB rating and no one responded which was surprising. After playing further attention. It seems the folks listed in this webinar are not really there, just ghosts. I asked again about the possibility of this being a scam. It did not send up red flags to anyone in the webinar. My concerns were not addressed.
Made report to BBB and will file complaints with other agencies.
Please think twice about dealing with this company. They are asking for money monthly and you get nothing. They advertise $170,000 yearly salary. This is scam.

So far so good. Leads are coming and I am looking forward to closing soon.

The company is legit but average people look it at as a job

Just joined a few days ago. So far the training is good. Im learning alot. I do want to clarify the $97 monthly cost is for Errors & Omission insurance. Had to have that also in my Life Insurance business. That is legit & Jacob explained this in the meeting. People saying “its a scam” based solely on this probably have never had to get E&O insurance ever before & don’t understand its purpose. Yes its monthly, as most insurance premiums are. Will give this 6 months before deciding if its worth it for me, but so far, so good. Only 3 stars bc I literally just started.

Not a scam. I have actual receipts that this is a legit company. Had to really dig to connect the dots to see if this was a real gig but it all checks out and links up. Just got done with my training everything is professional. I even had a contract to sign at the end. and the $100 is for membership to basically use their leads to turn into your clients. The 30 years experience is probably a combo of their dad’s company years in business and their own experience. They ask upfront to make sure you’re serious about this opportunity. It’s definitely there to make money and be your own boss as independent contractor. Do your homework and research before saying it’s a scam.

This guy Jacob is a total scam artist! BWJ Travel otherwise known as Travel Agent Institute just screwed me out of 97.00 claiming to the entire group he would need that money for insurance in case we made a mistake at work. DO NOT GIVE HIM A RED CENT. Total scam artist claims we can make millions and get 80 percent commission. Total lie!!!

Booked my first trip - a couple going to Turks and Caicos, within 2 weeks of signing up. BWJ's training and leads really helped.

I only gave a 4 star rating because even with the presentation seminars, a lot of information was left out. I prefer transparency. I have worked for agencies that were commission only. Mr. Jacob should have said this is a commission only position in his ad on indeed. This is NOT A SCAM, But a chance to make a difference in someone's life. I'm not getting paid to say this, but this is a life changing opportunity for the serious entrepreneur that want to be their own boss. I can see myself making 170,000 my first year. Its not going to fall in my lap so I'm going to put in the work to build out my business. Thank you Mr. Jacob for this life changing opportunity.

Didn't realize how stressful travel planning had become until BWJ took it off my plate. Everything was done and I just showed up.

I used to guess my way through planning vacations. Now I just call BWJ. They actually know what they're doing and make everything easy.
