We went to Byron’s because they used to do burgers medium rare- not any more! What kind of health and safety nonsense is this? Just cancelled our next booking!

They added a 10% tip, and did not say. The service was lacklustre and the atmosphere was cold, and so was the temperature.
It should be written clearly that a service charge will be added, as there was literally no service but putting a plate down in front of me.
I complained to Byron online, but as I expected no response.

I used to really enjoy Byron, especially the milkshakes. We were excited to order takeaway from the Bury St Edmunds branch on New Years Eve as a treat but when we got it home two sets of sweet potato fries had been substituted with regular fries which we didn't want and are cheaper than what we'd paid for. The next day I emailed asking for a partial refund and attaching photos of the incorrect items and our receipt. Having received no response, I went into the restaurant on 2 January to ask in person. To be fair they were friendly and apologetic. A lady there told me that she remembered my order and that they'd run out of sweet potato fries hence the substitution but that she "assumed someone would tell me when I collected". No one did. They could and should have called me to make sure I was happy with this before I even came to collect. The manager also apologised and took my email address, explaining he couldn't process the refund himself but that he would organise it to be done remotely straight back to the payment card and that he would email me to confirm everything Monday 5 January. However, I never received anything. After not hearing anything by yesterday afternoon (Wednesday 7 Jan) I called the restaurant but it just kept going to voicemail so I left a message and sent another email. Now it's Thursday 8 Jan and I've still heard nothing by phone or email nor received the refund remotely. I've just called the restaurant again and it's still just going straight to voicemail despite them being open. I am really shocked and disappointed at the lack of care or interest in a loyal customer at every stage of this process following on from a mistake they made. Will definitely never EVER be buying anything there again.

Good customer service, very accommodating of my dietary needs, pretty fast service. Food was decent, would come back again.

What we got was dry cheap burger buns, hot old oil with a burnt crisp indescribable content, neither of us could say we did have beef or chicken ! the only thing which was passable were the onion rings
Left with horrendous stomachache, which lasted through to the following day.
Quite frankly it’s put us off burgers for a very very long time
And for this privilege we were charged a disgusting £80 !!!!
And not a drop of alcohol in sight ! Just one warm Coke and an apple juice !
The place stank of stagnant oil and the fact there was no one there should have given us a warning, never ever going back there again

I went to Byron burger after having not been for a long while, I have to say their standards have dropped massively. I was shocked by how poor the experience was.

Overpriced food which was very poor quality. The fries were cold & dry, like they had been cooked, left to cool, and then warmed up. I prefer my fries to be hot as if they’re fresh out of the fryer. They didn’t taste like that.

The cheese burger was dry and tasteless. The bun was not fresh, it tasted stale.

Slow service, which is ridiculous as the restaurant wasn’t that busy. Every request was treated as if it was a big chore by the staff, nothing was offered to improve the dining experience.

Adding a 12.5% service charge to the bill was a joke! So I asked to have it deducted from the bill, which the staff obliged.

What was most annoying was I left still feeling hungry.

Very disappointing!

You can find better elsewhere.

Third consecutive night ordering Vegan Chilli Burger with mac'n'cheese / fries from Liverpool One branch delivered to Raddison Red.
Can't get enough. Really tasty vegan burger, with fresh chillies. Mac'n"Cheese grest! Fries are just fries....
Night 4...hmmm may end up doing the same. Lovely lovely lovely!

Ordered 2 cheese/bacon burger meals but asked for one without cheese order came with no bacon.cheese on both the buns on the burgers were Rock hard couldn’t bite into it chips were rock hard whole order stone cold and to top it of long hair hanging out of cheese totally unedible

I’ve ordered three times in the past weekish. My first order was amazing- probably the best takeout burger I’ve had, and came with fresh tater tots and extra fries, so I recommended to my family. The second order we had a burnt burger which tastes like ass but whatever. The third they took over an hour to deliver, food showed up cool and damp, with missing items. Just seems insanely disorganised if they can’t make food for four without messing it up. Such a disappointment considering the price, I won’t order from here again.

Delivery through Uber eats it took an hour to come and the food was freezing cold and had to be microwaved as the restaurant had given him a TON of other orders to deliver at the same time absolutely fuming do not bother ordering from Walsall Byron

Stevenage based Byron burgers: very unhappy with the order. Possibly the driest and most tasteless burgers we’ve ever had. Arrived cold and tasteless. So dry it was inedible. The chips were even ridiculously dry. Gutted as we were excited to try somewhere new.

The place looked a bit dirty. The food was definitely nothing amazing. Just very mediocre, overpriced & we came out still hungry.
Not keen on a substantial tip being sneaked onto the bill either.

Ordered from the high wycombe branch ans used deliveroo, wow what can I say I had the byron burger meal and was thr best burger I've had around here , was juicy and full of flavours, and thr fries were unreal , 1st time I've ever ordered ans they even sent me a free chocolate brownie , would definitely recommend you try these guys

dreadful experience at Wc2 covent garden branch, i came for my birthday burger which wasnt cooked right, staff were rude and abnoxious and when i ordered the unlimited fries i was not allowed or given a 3rd portion !!!! that is breach of trade descriptions if you are offering botomless fries!! i will be complaining to head office

Went here for lunch just expecting some regular wings and hot sauce and was instead gifted with the most orgasmic, bean flicking food imaginable. Even now when I think of their food, my lips tingle in excitement. I am incredibly thankful I got to experience this wondrous, masterful meal, and if I had heard somebody say they'd never tried their food I'd feel nothing but pity for them. If you want to go to heaven come to Byron Burgers.

Ordered online. Came on time, food tasted great. Had the vegan cheese burger and fries. The fries were very nicely seasoned. The burger was nice and juicy and lovely melted cheese. We even got a lovely add on surprise. Thank you! Will definitely order from them again.

My favorite eateries. Gorgeous, amazing food! Everyone I’ve recommended them too has said they’re the best burgers and milkshakes they’ve ever had, I can’t understand the negative reviews at all.

Had a day out in Liverpool and found this place at the start of Liverpool 1
I can't fault the food or drink, I had the Bryon burger and it was really tasty. The service was fab with everyone being friendly and efficient. It was a nice atmosphere and the seating was spaced out well.
I will definitely be back.

Very disappointed, haven’t had a Byron burger for a while, ordered take away, the menu has changed. The burger was a soggy mess - not what I was expecting. The burgers have really gone downhill. They used to be so good!!!
