Calembou Opiniones

Easy to purchase, easy to track the package and the plushies are good quality I love them!!

Fast and cute

Now usually I expect packages from overseas to take a long time but this was pretty quick!! I ordered September 30th and it came September 8th so it was really fast! I actually have four of the Keychain including Luocha the others are Castorice, Anaxa and Jing Yuan and they all have incredible detail and lots of love and care! The only thing I'd improve a little is having the design under the Cape on the doll itself extends to the back as well instead of solid colour but apart from that I love them very much! I ordered a Castorice dress up doll too so I imagine the detail will be even higher quality! Its definitely worth the buy for dedicated Hoyoverse fans!

The plush keychain I bought was absolutely adorable, everything came as advertised and it’s really well made. I only have a gripe with the keychain it came with, as it’s not as sturdy as I would’ve liked but I luckily had a key ring to replace it. I have more stuff coming in from this company and would highly recommend! They have more stuff than just keychains to check out and all the designs are wonderful!

Great and easy with many options for payments!

The experience that made it great is the items are well made. Super cute and collectible.
The company makes quality toys, the details of the keychain meets the photos they display on line .
I also love how the keychains vary in sizes , so far , I love the 17.5 - 18 cm keychains. They look good in purses and jeans. Yup! I hang them on my jeans waistline and it so fashion!

I purchased more than once and the quality of the product and communication with the seller is very good. The shipping takes quite long but the products are trustworthy.

Very easy to communicate with and great customer support definitely would recommend

They came well packaged and took about 3 weeks to receive. I'm in Tennessee, they are soo cute I got all 6 of them listed on the box! 1 of them has the liquid eyes! They also messaged me with tracking as soon as my order shipped. Overall a positive experience and would buy from again! A+++

I placed two separate orders. The first order-tracking indicates shipment was delivered, but it was not. The second order appears to be lost. I want a refund or my
Product.

Ordered a set of one of their plushy lines. Shipping was a bit longer than I wanted it to be, but it wasn't late. The items were packaged nicely and received in perfect condition.
Love the selection, and quality! I reached out to customer service for a question on shipping and they responded in less than 24 hours. They were very polite and professional in their email. I'll definitely be placing another order soon with them.

Recieved my first order today I love it won't be my last, order was well packaged as well 10/10

Their customer service is amazing, always resposive and helpful thank you for your service <3

I’m so obsessed with everything. Shipping is pretty quick which makes the experience even more exciting if you ask me!

Order updates were timely, and the items arrived faster than expected.
I was also very happy with the quality of my new little fuzzy friends.

The plush is made of nice materials and it’s quite sturdy, the customer service is great and if you need any help you will get quick answer. <3 the delivery is also quick, I reccomend!

It's a simple process to find things I want to buy.

My experience with Calembou has been great! I recently won a giveaway and their after sales team was quick to get back to my inquires. The shipping is really fast, after they received my shipping information it was sent out the next day! It took a week to get to me (I’m from Canada). Overall this has been a wonderful experience and I will definitely keep them in mind when looking for blind boxes :)

UPDATE:
I changed my rating to a 4 star from 3, because they did stick to their word, they did do what they did promise. It was only the inconvenience of the wait because of the error in the order. But calembou immediately addressed the issue. And for that, they are a trustworthy company!

It took awhile to get my order and to my disappointment, one item, the Nommi fruit box set was doubled and I was missing the the Nommi loveliness box set. So I contacted customer service which they responded promptly and resolved the issue right away by offering to send the correct item and that I could keep or dispose the duplicate one that I already have. Which woukd have been great but then got back with me saying they have to put a halt in the shipment due to the tariff, which it will never change in this presidency. So I don't know why there has to be a halt. Im getting my other orders from other stores in China with no problem currently. We will see, once I get the replacement/correct order in a timely manner, then I will change my star review to a better rate... problem is not resolved yet till transaction is closed with the delivery of the correct item.

My package was written as returned to the sender but I received it and I liked it very much, thank you 😌

I absolutely adore my Missy figure… I got “Killer Angel” and she is awesome! Now I need the whole set haha, Ty Calembou!
