Unfortunately my delivery wasn't able to be delivered on the date requested due to unforseen issues they gave me alternative date unfortunately it didn't suit I emailed explaining this and a full refund was given
They dealt with this in a timely manner and I will not hesitate to order again. as I have done in the past as great products and great prices

I've ordered from a few Scottish butchers and this is by far the worst.
Absolutely no difference between the steak LORNE and the Ayrshire LORNE..never had so much gristle in sausages,just terrible.
The mini steak pies weren't much better,don't know why they bothered with the freeze bags as there was enough salt in them to preserve an Egyptian mummy for another few centuries..I'm quite capable of adding salt myself if needed.
I haven't got around to trying the mince pies yet..🙄
Totally disappointed in Campbell's and a complete waste of money.
Mince pies had little filling and lots of gristle..just dog food in pastry and offal they're selling !
Seems like they're not too bothered as they don't even answer these reviews

arrived on time very well packaged, the meat looks amazing, have used before and always pleased. You know where the meat comes from which is very important these days

I did not receive my order until now. I was told to reach out to the courier. No proper communication whatsoever. No products so far.

I love cooking with good quality ingredients and get lots of compliments about the flavour and tenderness of Campbell's meat.

I've been buying from them for years, and on the very very rare occasion I've had a real problem (twice in 5 years) it has been sorted quickly and very satisfactorily; so 5 stars for customer service.

Enjoying a first class delivery from Friday and just tried slow cooker fresh lamb shanks for the first time - wow! Lots of tender meat and loads of flavour.

Was initially sceptical about ordering from Campbells after reading negative reviews but took the risk as they had great offers and I'm really glad I did! Products received on time, well packaged with insulation and ice packs. All the meat was fresh and tasty and enjoyed the bonus scotch pies. Ordered a second time and asked to reschedule a delivery by several weeks and add extra products and customer service was extremely helpful and prompt. Scottish topside, bavette steak, black pudding, haggis are firm favourites. Highly recommend.

product quality is not fresh

Having used this company for three years I’ve seen a distinct decline in its food quality and customer service.
This now added to the terrible delivery partner they insist on using (DPD) means that are now a poor supplier.

Product is was not freshed!

I've been ordering from Campbells for about four years. Their chosen supplier, the odious DPD, dumped my meat in the street outside my house.

I've spent over an hour on hold today and they won't pick up the phone.

A company is only as good as how they deal with you when things go wrong. I would not recommend anyone conducting any business with them in the light of this.

Ordered the beef Lorne sausage and tried grilling and air fryer, both times it was rubbery. I couldn’t eat it, going to give the frying pan a go see if there’s an improvement. The mistake I’ve made is I ordered quite a lot of it, lol. Followed all cooking instructions but so far not good.

Bought 2 haggis for delivery. Arrived on selected date, well packaged and frozen. Haggis was an absolutely delicious addition to our Christmas dinner. Great flavours, great quality. A traditional haggis. We’re looking forward to eating the second one on Burns Night.

Great service but more so Great quality food products.

Ordered 8 x streak and gravy pies, 12 x scotch pies and a block of lorne sausage.
Steak pies okay but not a lot of filling. Scotch pies were okay.
The Lorne sausage I have tried twice but cannot eat as feels tough and chewy. Will not be ordering again.

Ordered haggis, recieved without any covering just loose in a poly bag. This is not acceptable as it removes cannot be cooked and served in the traditional way. I emailed Campbells but got no acknowledgment nor reply. Thus the 1 star.

Received my Strip loin and scotch pies today. As an ex butcher and meat inspector the meat was 1st class. Years since I had Shell pies, I trained and qualified in Edinburgh so it was great to taste the great food again. However the courier they use is a total disgrace DPD drivers do not care about what they do with the delivery, your order is dumped on the doorstep without a knock on the door and a photo taken. They care not if it is stolen, they have delivered it, end of. Please consider changing your courier or at least question them on their delivery method. A shame because Campbells are a great company.

It was my 70th birthday today so we ordered 2 chateaubriand for the 4 of us. It was beautifully dry and a dark port rich colour, weighing just over 1kg for the 4 of us. It was cooked to perfection and left to stand and the taste was outstanding. I will need to save again for Xmas, unless Campbells would like to honour my 70th by giving us another for Xmas!!

Received my order of Scotch Pies today, popped 2 straight in the oven (been years since I had a Scotch Pie so couldn't wait) We absolutely loved them !!! - exactly how I remember them ( they do sell them in England but they never taste the same as the ones in Scotland) have frozen the remaining pies - will definitely be buying again :)

I have had ordered from Cambells numerous times and never had a problem. Great food and good customer service. Delivery company had damaged my order and Cambells had quickly sent out another one to replace the damaged one even though this was no fault of their own.
