Great service
Simple ordering process and much better than expected delivery time. I didn't think I would get it in time for the weekend but it only took a few days even though the estimated was much longer. Would not hesitate in using again.

Great Customer Service
I found the website through a Google search when looking for a Luggable Loo, which they had in stock. Was very impressed by the range of stock.
The item was despatched straightaway, even though it was a Bank Holiday.
I ordered another item but customer service got in touch with me and recommended that I didn't buy it because it wasn't suitable for my needs.
I asked for a refund and the cheque arrived next day.

Good value, quick delivery, poor communication
The required goods were good value and in stock. The order was acknowledged with an assurance I would receive an email to advise when the goods were dispatched. Whilst out, a courier left a card in the door to advise he had a failed delivery for me. Luckily I was able to contact him quickly to take receipt of the goods. What happened to the dispatch advice? If I had known I could have ensured someone was in to receive them.

After calling to confirm they had what I wanted in stock I ordered it online. The following day I received a text with a delivery date,the day after I received another text updating the delivery ,it had been brought forward to top it off the delivery company gave a time slot and guess what they delivered within that slot . Outstanding , Post office take note.

No problems - would use again
This was the only online store I could find which stocked the exact size of the product that I wanted. The price was good (comparing prices of the sizes which were available elsewhere). Delivery charge was reasonable. Courier (DPD) sent several text messages and delivery was fast.
Would be nice to be able to create an account to check on order but didn't really need to do that as it shipped so quickly.

Sub-standard Customer Service
The product (Coleman Rechargeable Quickpump) was received poorly packaged and was itself damaged, making it unusable. Product packaging also has stickers from another company: Argos. Initial and subsequent calls to Camping International have been met with lengthy waits and unhelpful responses. Issues still unresolved.

I am sorry to hear of the problem with the Coleman pump. We always aim to make sure that every order is appropriately packaged to avoid being damaged whilst in transit with the courier. If this does happen we will always exchange the product for a new one. We always strive to provide the very best customer service but I cannot comment on your individual case. The issue will be looked into.
If you have not already received a replacement pump please call the store manager on 01634 577326 who will make sure a replacement is sent.

I have not had a receipt for the order
The goods (2 Elite Quest Sandringham Chairs and footrests) arrived on time and are generally ok although one had a slight scratch.. I am only giving a poor review as I have requested a receipt for the order twice, once by telephone, and once in an email sent on 19 August. To date I have not yet received a reply.

Great service and products
The service, quality and price of products is extremely good. However, the delivery company, whoever they are, delivered my tent to the wrong address and seemed to want to insist on leaving it there.Fortunately the neighbour knew who I was and delivered the parcel to me personally.
Camping international would have got a five star, had the delivery been better

Quick, excellent service
I ordered the Motor Rally Awning which arrived promptly within a couple of days. Although it has not been possible for me to put the awning up onto the motorhome due to space, I have opened it in the garden to check all the bits are there, which they are and I am looking forward to using the awning on our next holiday.
