Easy to order , good price , lovely chair and prompt delivery

I specifically wanted to buy a Quest Ragley Pro Relax chair and did a google search. camping-online were a competitive price. Placed my order on Wednesday 27th May, quick confirmation of order and the chair arrived Monday 1st June.
This is our 3rd Quest Ragley Pro chair. They are so comfortable, it's very easy to fall asleep in them!
Would happily purchase again from camping-online,

Shocking customer service.
Both my recliner chairs arrived 06/5/26-1 damaged and 1 faulty- appreciate it is not the companies fault.
Since then I have constantly being trying to arrange to return the items- due to the size the support team has to arrange this.
There has been no response to my email to the support team- I have just sent another. Calls either cut out or despite leaving my contact details numerous times not returned which is shocking. The chesterfield number rings out , the live chat is not working. Last night I found another contact email and a reply was sent directing me to the website to print my own labels which I already explained I cannot do due to the size- there was no further response when I explained this.
I am still waiting for advice , would not recommend this company whatsoever.
Edit 17-19 There has been an actual reply from Kevin on this site saying I can create a return- this is incorrect. The website actually says for large objects they arrange the return and provide a link which I have completed twice with no response. If I try to create the return once I fill the section that the parcel is above specification the reply shows’ contact your retailer’ .
I have raised a dispute with my bank and it would be useful if the company could contact me direct- not just because I leave a negative review. I will not be commenting on here again.

Avoid Avoid at all cost. No notification of parcel despatch so contacted them on their website phone numbers provided by them. PLEASE NOTE these are high cost numbers and can run you up a large phone bill. On top of this despite being caught out with high cost phone calls I didn’t get a reply. Would I use this company again, definitely not.

Communication was initially a little poor, no response to email and no answer to telephone. However, eventually got through and was updated. Received a call back the following day to confirm part was being dispatched and order did arrive within 7 days, happy with outcome, and tap was of good quality.

Made an order went the rough successfully including taking my money , to 10 mins later they cancelled my order and still do not know why and still have no refund ! Or product I order avoid the company

Placed order for two parts, only one part arrived. Their remedy was that I should return both elements, to get a refund - which wasn’t possible as I only received one part.

They also said that it was not possible that they only sent one part as they came in a sealed unit. However, their website also sold the items individually.

When you put these things together, it questions their probity and professionalism.

I suggested that they send the missing part or provide a refund for the element not sent, but they declined.
