Fast delivery of wrong item, grumpy customer service
Fast delivery. Unfortunately they sent the wrong item. They insisted it was the right item until I sent a photo of what they’d sent to prove I was right. They did refund me in full once I returned the item. Their customer service was very grumpy. Very short, abrupt, accusing emails. Not even an apology until I complained about the poor customer service. I’m sure if I’d received the correct item I’d be giving them 5 stars. It’s when things go wrong, how you’re treated matters. You don’t start by accusing the customer of being wrong.
Edit after reply by supplier: The item you sent did not match the description or pictures on your web site.

Payment taken, then advised out of stock!
Unfortunately having ordered an item and paid for it, the following day I was informed that a refund was being processed as a result of the item being out of stock! I don’t understand why your system is not aware of this before you take payment. I’ve still given 4* because the payment was refunded within 2 days, but somewhat disappointed!
