Jason did a great job of tracking the shipment, kept me informed and masde sure I was happy withe delievery. The delivery people arrived on time unpaked the Dryer and set it inplace, removed thev old dryer as advertised. In all a great job by everyone involved.
The best part of the transaction was saving $100 over everyone else along with a two year warrenty.

Very professional
They are very accessible
I looked on their site on the Wednesday picked my dryer and it was in my basement on the Friday.

I called them immediately and an actual person answered the phone right away and took care of my error.
The delivery came on time and the delivery guys were beyond my expectations. They were fast efficient cleaned up all the debris.

I never write reviews. For me to waste my time writing one now must mean something. Stay away from the Barrie location CAS. This company is so bad. Sales staff are so bad.
My sales person at CAS didn't even call me back prior to making the sale. Three times I reached out both by email and phone. Should have bee a red flag then. Calling Customer care is also a joke. They couldn't help at all. They won't even let you talk to management.
Go to T/A appliance. They will look after you.

While on the chat and the phone, the sales team member was crystal clear on what was offered with the price and time to deliver. She (Aarushi Nigam) was was very polite and friendly. The delivery team was superb and took great care with the new appliance as well as my house when delivering and removing the old one.
