Ashan answered all my questions and in the end, I believe I had the best prices for the appliances I wanted.
He also explained the flexible options for purchasing the range and refrigerator and storing it until I could pick it up.

Christina was extremely helpful . She contacted me to seen7f I was still interested in the microwave. I advised her that I was , however a situation came up that had to be dealt with first. She was very understanding and did advise me that the microwave would have to be ordered because it was not in stock. Told her that was fine and I would be in touch . I got back in touch with her and we came up with a price that was ageeeable and now I am just waiting to go to Vaughn and pick it up .

We had a great experience purchasing out electric whirlpool range. Vishu was more than helpful in giving us all the information about the product and also setting up speedy delivery. This is the second appliance I have purchased from the and I would highly recommend Canadian Appliance Source.

It was a relatively easy process with the best price.
Also great to have what I wanted in stock @ the warehouse.
I will say it was that when I talked on the phone to make the purchase, the invoice I got was not the sale price that was advertised on the internet?
I used the chat to say the pricing was incorrect. I was very quickly sent another invoice with the correct sale price.
Upon reviewing the second invoice I notice a "Packaging disposal fee"
I again chatted back saying that I am picking up the appliances myself & I will disposing of the packaging. Once again I quickly received a new invoice with no disposal fee.
The online payment was quite easy as well and not for the full amount which was nice.
Warehouse was easy to find for pick up.
This is the second time I have used CAS for appliance purchases & will buy again in the future.

There was a size fit issue and another fridge had to be ordered. Yvonne at the Calgary north store spent time to arrange the return, reorder and delivery. I thank her for her help.

You sold me a piece of junk that doesn’t work. I’m still without a working fridge in my house. I’ll be following up with a BBB and will be forced to pursue other action if I’m not refunded for costs associated with this fiasco. Under the Sale of Goods Act, the product that is defective and you are entitled to a remedy. "final sale” does not apply to defective items. I will also be pursuing a complaint through Service Alberta and proceeding with Small Claims Court as your Manager of Customer Service is unable to aid me in a reasonable way.

Christina Liu was very helpful, professional a delight to deal with. She doesn’t push you to make a purchase. She gives you recommendations as to which brand is reliable.

The delivery crew was excellent. Polite, and very understanding in allowing me to sweep the range area before putting the new range in. The delivery crew was so pleasant and polite.

Now will have to check on the LG induction range. Hope it works well with no problems.

Thanks to the efficient, friendly sales representative, and the delivery men we had our new dishwasher in place within 48 hours of my initial inquiry!

I am completely unsatisfied and will never shop again at Canadian Appliance. From beginning to end buying a washer there was a terrible experience.

Horrible experience, absolutely no after sale support, I bought a cooktop and installed for three days, exploded (proven factory fault), refuse to replace or refund, shift to deal with manufacturer which led to nowhere. No refund after installation, and will take minium 4 weeks and beyond to repair,and most likely longer. In the meantime, no live person to deal with or offer timeline or process and left us deal with broken non-functionable cooktop. They took your money and run. No one should be buying from this joint.

Very friendly, efficient and helpful service from Paz and Christina. It's my first time buying something from your company and based on the sales and pre-delivery service I received I would definitely shop there again.

They were prepared to beat the price of any competitor, and so we placed an order believing Vishu and Canadian Appliances could provide our order, albeit informed by other competitors there was a problem with supply. They could not deliver and it cost us a lot of money to reorder elsewhere. They did not inform us of the delay (3-4 months) There was no attempt by sales to keep us informed, we found out by calling Customer Service, who also told us they were not allowed to give us a way to contact Head Office... unreal. Vishu did not return email, text or telephone calls. We will never ever buy from this company again, it was very stressful.

We purchased a refrigerator and same day delivery fee of $131.95 was paid. A refrigerator that was NOT operable was delivered. We were extremely disappointed to say the least. It then became a new set of problems for 2 more days. We called to return frig and have it replaced. NO! NO! we were not allowed that option, according to 2 customer service reps. We had to fill out forms online to have it repaired. Had to wait 2 more days for scheduled repairman to fix frig. We have requested SAME DAY DELIVERY FEE refunded, NO! NO! they delivered it same day. "It's not the delivery company's fault". They surely delivered a refrigerator that did not work and didn't not bother to plug it in to see if it worked. Their policy is...... you purchase an appliance, they deliver it and then if doesn't work your issue is with the manufacture. Forget customer service, you order an appliance, you pay and all the problems are your! And to boot, do not get frustrated that you just spent $$ for nothing because they will scold you and end the call. CAS has trained their customer service department to have aggressive attitude. I have never been spoken to by a customer service rep in the manner this department chooses to operate.

There are no managers, head office or owners that you can talk to.

**We understand that things can go wrong, however how your customer service handles issues will determine whether or not a customer returns.
Going forward we will not be purchasing anything from CAS.
