Rapidité. Livraison selon les normes

J’ai reçu le frigo tel que prévu mais il manque les 3 panneaux , le vendeur m’avait dit que je les recevrais cette semaine et aujourd’hui il a dit que je les recevrais dans 2 ou 3 semaines, finalement il n’en sait rien! Alors je suis très déçue,

absolutely no help from customer service after purchase. Did not receive my order yet and nobody is helping me for a follow up.

I don't want to say "rude" but certainly not polite service.

No return from my emails neither.

La livraison par deux hommes qui n'étaient pas équipés ni de sangles, ni de diable, a été ardue pour ne pas dire périlleuse. Deux jours plus tard, après quelques manœuvres avec des ampoules neuves, la lumière du four ne fonctionne pas. J'ai laissé un message au vendeur qui n'a pas retourné mon appel. Ce que j'en pense? Pas fameux CAS!

I purchased an oven vent from you. It was delivered a few days later. I took it out of the box to see it if would fit which it did not. I filled the refund/exchange form on your website to exchange the vent for another model that would fit.

I received an email a few days later saying that my request was rejected because the box had been opened. My request was sent under 7 days after receiving the item and the item is still in perfect condition since I did nothing other than check if it fits. The salesman who sold me the item did not mention that opening the box would directly result in not being able to get a refund.

I tried calling the salesman which did not answer and or return my calls. I tried calling your customer service which were of no help at all.

I find this absolutely unethical and unacceptable and I will make sure to leave bad reviews for your company everywhere I can as well as file a complaint with the consumer protection agency.

Satisfied with the product and service.
Less positive thing is delivery arrived late at night, much later than expected delivery.
Also, strangely at the latest time the delivery was expected, I received a scam text message stating my delivery had been cancelled because nobody was there. I thought the text was legit and I contacted the company complaining I was there the whole time. The person I spoke to on the phone was very nice and told me not to worry, that they were still coming. But the fact that I received a text at that specific time makes me think there are maybe scammers within the company. Not blaming the company itself, but I definitely think it should be looked into. Other than that, thanks for good prices, service and product!

La personne qui m’a servie connaissait son produit et a été serviable. J’ai apprécié ne pas me sentir pousser à acheter immédiatement. C’était la première fois que j’allais à CAS et j’y retournerai.

Aucun retour appel du vendeur … le seul supposé autorisé à annuler une commande. Par contre le service à la clientèle super!

Installation was done in 20 minutes, very poorly, I paid $90 for this,that comes to charging $270 per hour.Found price on internet after purchase $250 cheaper than what I paid,wrote to Mr Cisterna for explanation, never received an answer.

Je suis allée acheter une laveuse au magasin de Longueuil et j'étais pressée dans le temps. Le vendeur, Phillip a su répondre à ma recherche rapidement et m'a proposé une laveuse de bonne qualité, qui rentre dans les dimensions et avec un prix réduit. En une quinzaine de minutes, j'ai fait l'achat de ma laveuse et elle a été livrée quelques jours plus tard. Merci pour l'excellent service!
