C&H had the best deal on a rug I had been after for a long time. It wasn't cheap even after the discount but I decided to take the plunge. It is absolutely gorgeous. I was advised that there was a delay on delivery but it was delivered pretty quickly regardless.

It would have been a 5.
Firstly a lovely lady in the Guildford shop helped me work out via telephone what size of ready-made curtains would work best for my floor to ceiling 5m wide window - she was fantastic and I cannot sing her praises highly enough.
The delivery experience was more of a challenge. There was no notification that the product had been dispatched (automated) and I was pleased but surprised when the door went and the box was delivered.
I bought 3 x 66" x90" drop curtains. The batch numbers were the same, and 2 sets pattern matched. The third set did not. We've arranged the third set in such a way that the non-pattern match will not be as noticeable.
The curtains...are gorgeous, just a pity the pattern match on the third set let it down.

Was so pleased to find C & G when I was looking to match Laura Ashley wallpaper to curtains as I have bought dressmaking fabric from them in past and was impressed with the Winchester shop.
The ready made curtains were competitively priced and delivery speedily so I am very satisfied.

The descriptoin on their website was provided by their supplier and was inaccurate, saying a metal curtain pole when it was made of wood. C&H handled the problem and refund promptly and with courtesy.

From easy ordering to speedy delivery this firm was first class - ordered wallpaper and curtains on a Sunday evening and they were delivered on the Wednesday with helpful emails on the progress in between. Goods we’re excellent quality and I would highly recommend this firm.

Amazingly quick delivery very impressed. I ordered 2 sets as they were 1/2 price. Decent size and love the wrendale design. Looking forward to using them with our new dinner service.

on ordering a pair of curtains a little hiccup with the payment (my fault). They kept me informed with the
purchase, every step of the way with updates second to none. The curtain quality was excellent along with the price. Their UPS courier service fantastic delivered within 2 days. I would recommend any body to try CLOSS & HAMBLIN you wont get a better service.
