Honestly rubbish customer service, they don’t listen to a word you say, could not simply cancel an order for me as I didn’t realise it was a pre-order! After a month of emails back and forth sent it to me anyway and charged me, knowing I did not want the product and wanted to cancel the order. Honestly a complete nightmare!!

Was looking for a last minute dress and had a set idea on what I wanted - Caramella had the best options and such good prices! They offered many delivery types which ensured I received my dress on time and it came just as I imagined it would!

Always shop at caramella for dresses when I go races weddings night out etc. amazing quality and just absolutely love love love the style of the clothes that’s available to buy. Sizes are reasonable accurate too I get a large for size 14 and fits perfect most websites u buy and it’s never the right size but caramella are always correct to there sizing if that makes sense. Would recommend to anyone to buy I love it

Returned an item and have not received a refund - I have messaged several online platforms of theirs but no reply so I am now going through PayPal to get my money back - the dress was too big and I had to get smaller size so feel like I paid double for a dress
I am not one to leave bad reviews but I can see they reply to some so hopefully this will get me a reply

The most amazing clothes and boots and such quick customer service with any questions I have had. We had a problem with an order and received a message back almost instantly to solve it as we needed it for the next day! Couldn’t recommend Caramella enough, we have ordered from Caramella for years and don’t intend to stop! Thankyou girls xxx
