Bought a JVC KD X40 which arrived promptly, but I could not get it to work, so emailed customer service and within about an hour they came back with a simple wiring solution, very impressed with the aftercare. Would recommend.

Ordered a CD player from them online, got a phone call to say it was out of stock but they would send me out a newer version of the one I had originally ordered. It arrived fast too. customer service was friendly and emails were always answered quickly. can't fault them and will be telling all my friends to come here first!

Being a novice at fitting an aftermarket head unit , I was at first bewildered by the variety of cables, leads etc that I had to choose from. Fortunately, all the guesswork was taken out by buying from Car Audio Direct. When I told them my make of car, and stereo, they quickly dispatched the correct cables, and in less than an hour, following their precise instructions, the job was done.

I am very happy with my Kenwood DNX 5230DAB that I bought from Car audio direct. The guys there know their stuff. The price is affordable and you will never find another service and price as good as them. They gave me a day that my order would be with me and I couldn't believe it when I received it on that same day.
I would definately recommend them to anyone who is looking for a reliable and trustworthy company to deal with these guys.
I would say to anyone that is looking for any kind of car audio, forget about the rest and just deal with the best!

Initial problem with ordering online,but once resolved, PioneerF50BT Sat Nav ordered 4.15pm 10/04/14. Delivered 9am following morning. Courier even sent text advising delivery time. Brilliant, another bonus, unit had dropped by another £30. Would give CADirect more than 5* if possible. Many thanks,JH Newark.

I ordered a few big bits from CAD and they all arrived separately packed, clean and tidy. I even got a text from the courier giving a 1 hour window when he will arrive!

Along with top prices it's easy to phone up and talk to the actual staff on topics the y actually know about.

Been recently getting in to my car audio and got alot of advice from their staff member called Colin, advised me on whats good or should go with each purchase.
Paid for it at 11am one day and recieved just after 9am the next day.

Everything was very well packaged, nothing bumped or dented.
Even tho I found a single 100amp fuse that should have been 150a, it was replaced with a simple phone call.

Very helpful, imformative and apologetic over a simple fuse.
Can not recommend this company enough, I will be calling them again soon.

Website is easy to use and informative, prompt delivery on items ordered and very helpful. When a I found a fault with my CD carriage they arranged a speedy collection, tested and confirmed the fault and shipped a replacement. They kept me up to date with developments and were a pleasure to do business with,

i was acturely put off after reading the bad review on this page but i decided no i will go for it. first i acturely phoned to check items where in stock and got a lot of help on the phone on the items i wanted and how they would sound(speakers) and all questions i had where answerd very well i acturely orderd after 3 and i still got my items next day cant get any better really. Have allready recommendid to all my mates and will definetly use again many many thanks.

i ordered 4 items and recieved all 4 items ,very happy with the price (a saving of about 60%) delivery was also very quick, very happy with service,website easy to use.Will use company again.

I bought some speakers from them, and after waiting almost a week after not receiving the speakers I decided to email them. They responded quickly, but to tell me that from the morning I emailed them they had stopped selling the speakers I bought.

I don't know why they didn't ship what they apparently had in stock at the time. Or why they didn't even bother to tell me, but they get a big thumbs down from me.

They tried to offer me an alternative, but they would only offer me downgrades to the product I initially purchased, and straight up refused for anything with a similar spec.

On the upside I did receive a full refund.

I'd avoid these people and buy elsewhere.
