Была небольшая заминка, связанная с тем, что бронь записали на маленькую машину, в которую мы не могли поместиться. Менеджер приготовил нам замену, но она нас не устроила. Потом мы договорились на ещё один вариант машины, близкий к тому, что мы изначально бронировали! Машина нас устроила, дольше всё было хорошо!

The Car I took was a Hyundai i10 on the karpadu pictures it was a new Hyundai i10 but i got the oldest version I know the pictures are just for imaging but for me it should be changed to the cars that you will really get!!!
The car was hitted at every side and it wasnt showing the best how much benzin is left, the car was good but it wasnt what i expexted and they should make a service on Oil and other stuff i felt 7/10 safe sometimes it didnt take the gaspedal directly and needed long to switch in the other gear. I think its the 3/5 because they catch you with pictures of new cars and give cars that are 15-20 years old

The lady at the desk was very helpful and nice. One thing that makes experience little bit bad was that car that we picked up was very dirty. We made reservation for Fiat 500 and picked up Fiat Panda but we are satissfied overall with everything.

This review is about the office in Stalis. It’s a scam! You agree on a price, written on an receipt. The next day when picking up the car, they ask for 50 extra euros. If you don’t pay, they lower the price to 20 extra. If not paid, they want a deposit on your credit card. They make up new rules as the discussion goes on. Go to another place to rent a car!

Zo goed als nieuwe auto, afgeleverd aan hotel in Heraklion en opgehaald in hotel in Agios Nikolaios. Dit kan men bij de grote verhuurbedrijven vergeten. Bijkomende verzekering dekt alles, is een grote geruststelling. Een goede ervaring, dit is voor herhaling vatbaar.

Wir haben bei Caravel in Chania ein Auto gemietet und waren rundum zufrieden. Das Fahrzeug war sauber und technisch in einwandfreiem Zustand.
Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist die unkomplizierte und entspannte Abwicklung. Kein Versuch, zusätzliche Versicherungen zu verkaufen, keine versteckten Kosten und keine übertriebene oder kleinkarierte Dokumentation jedes einzelnen Kratzers bei Übergabe oder Rückgabe. Stattdessen ein professioneller, freundlicher und vertrauensvoller Umgang mit dem Kunden.
Alles verlief schnell, unkompliziert und genau so, wie man es sich als Urlauber wünscht. Gerne wieder.
