Fantastic service, order very easy to process and customer service from order to assembly was perfect. We couldn’t recommend them enough. The bed itself is amazing quality and really looks the part as is the mattress which they recommended. The guys that came to put it together were so efficient and were in and out within the hour. Highly recommend this company.

So normally I would never really leave reviews unless its ebay lol but I felt I had to with this as our son thinks It's great, he absolutely loves his car bed, the smile on his face was priceless when he saw It. We ordered It one week and It arrived within a week with no problems at all, It's also so easy to put together.
I gave the car bed shop a call just to say thanks very much for such great customer service as we were over the moon with It. The phone call actually made their day at the car bed shop which to me shows that they actually care so yes THANK YOU ONCE AGAIN

So glad I chose carbedshop for my sons car bed. What an amazing choice of car beds to choose from and the beds are good size too and very comfy. I am so pleased also with the customer service I received... I ended up damaging the adapter, called them and they sent out replacement straight away... very attentive to the customers needs! Now I'm looking at all their amazing furniture for my boys room... my sons going to be so ecstatic when he sees his finished room!

We bought a car bed for my son during the January sales, however, a couple of weeks later, we were contacted to say that they did not have all of the parts for the car that we had paid for and would we accept a replacement? The replacement they offered was of a much cheaper type and did not look nearly as nice as the car we had originially picked. I believe that as we bought the car in the sale, they offered us a replacement for the sale value of the car, rather than the spec we bought at the time. We declined the replacement and were then offered a higher spec version of the car we had originally paid for (same car more lights), however, we would need to pay an additional £50 for the upgrade. I found it quite outrageous to ask us to pay as it was not our fault that they were unable to deliver the car we had ordered. However, as we had been waiting a while and my son grew impatient for his new bed we agreed.

We then had to wait an additional week for delivery as we were told that the delivery company travels to certain areas at certain times and we had to wait until they were visiting our area (not something I was expecting in the age of next day delivery, especially with such an expensive item).

When the car arrived we had not booked installation as this cost extra and we are quite experience putting flat pack furiture together. However, when I looked at the instruction sheet, this turned out to be an extremely poor 1 page A4 copy that was barely legible. Fortunately I was able to find some videos on youtube of people putting car beds together and our bed seems to be of a similar type. When getting a bed worth over £500, I would expect a proper installation manual, but I suppose the shop counts on people paying for the installation.

All in all, the car looks nice and my son is happy but the service has been very disappointing. If I had to buy again I would pay a bit more for the bed and get it from a better known shop.

my 4 year old son was absolutely delighted with the new bed with flashing lights, had a little hiccup with lights but was sorted the very next day by the shop, amazing car! Super fast delivery couldn’t ask for more

The car-bed shop is the best shop I believe available for sports cars and even police cars. They have fantastic options available and different sizes. I bought the police car bed for my son and we all loved it. It includes a key fob and has Bluetooth connection which is really cool. The service provided by Farook was fantastic he was friendly and approachable and came to fit the car-bed within a few days. I have already recommended the place to my relatives and they are now looking into making a purchase. Overall fantastic service and quite far the best place to put a smile on your children's face

We brought a thunder car bed for our 3 year old son, Luke was very helpful and ensured that all my questions were answered quickly and completely. We live abroad so they arranged shipping and we received the bed a few weeks later exactly as described. It’s an amazing bed and my son absolutely loves it. I managed to break a screw and the company is even sending me a new one to ensure the bed is complete. Highly recommended bed and retailer.

Firstly, I wanted something really special for my 3 and 4 year old. I had not seen them as went through a custody battle and so needed their bedroom to be special.... Well, The beds arrived quicker than expected and so was able to get them together and in their room before they came to stay. they absolutely Loved them and the quality was really good, they do annoy me with the light and music at times pressing the key fob all the time lol, but they love showing them off to friends.

The after sales was excellent also, after nearly a year, one of my boys stood on the light and broke the plastic cover and was so upset, I called on a Saturday morning and the phone was answered and I told them what happened and they arranged a replacement light cover and sent it to me!!!

Happy Son again.... Happy Dad...

Would definitely recommend getting your children’s beds from the car bed shop and I definitely will again when the boys get bigger....

Excellent service recieved they personalised my order as i had to ship the bed abroad they wrapped it very well.
They were able to answer any questions i had and delivered very promptly.

Have to say the staff at car beds Uk were fantastic . Second to none . I had a little teething problems with my new car bed and it was for my sons birthday today & Luke sent someone up from Leeds to resolve the problem which was all done for my sons birthday . I can’t thank them enough for driving all the way up to Scotland to make my sons birthday the best one .
