Wonderful staff, friendly and knowledgable. Quick and easy to choose the seat we wanted and check it fitted in the car, and they had it in stock for us to take away. Highly recommended!

Staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. Made us feel very at ease and comfortable. The shop is very child friendly, my daughter loved playing in there whilst we were learning about the importance of extended rear facing. Thank you to the ladies at the midlands car seat centre for finding us the perfect combination of 3 seats across the back of our narrow car. We hadn’t managed to find anything else that would fit so we were really surprised when Kia knew exactly which seats we needed.

They sold us the best seats for our situation at really competitive prices. I could have easily ordered the wrong seat for my child online which would have cost me just as much, and I almost did until I was signposted here from the Facebook group. There’s also no way I could have competently fitted the seats myself and felt confident travelling my children in them, so the peace of mind that they’ve been fitted by an expert is really reassuring.

We can't recommend this service enough. Staff are all really friendly and knowledgable. We visited for an extended rear-facing seat for our son in my wife's car and were so happy with the service that we returned soon after to get the same seat for my car too. Our only regret is that we went with mamas and papas for the first seats. This service is much more robust, knowledgeable, and welcoming. No pressure selling just good advice from passionate people. The whole experience was an absolute pleasure, from introductions, to fitting our new seat. Kia was friendly, knowledgeable and informative; she put our normally shy granddaughter at ease, and she happily tried out seats.

We visited when we were looking at buying a new car seat. The staff were so knowledgable, showed us the pros and cons of each seat and helped us decide which was the right one for us.

I recently visited Cariad Babi for a sling consultation as I was looking for a solution for carrying both of my twins together. I took two slings that I already owned and was shown how to use them both at the same time for tandem carrying. Time and care was taken to ensure I was happy and confident. I was delighted with the service I received and couldn’t recommend Cariad any more highly. Such a lovely store, such lovely people and such a fantastic service.

I have been desperate to wear my baby but, having tried to figure it out on my own and bought 2 that he hated, I was about to give up. I booked an appointment with Kia and she guided me through the key things to know when baby wearing and gave me three carriers to try in the store. She is a really lovely person. Very understanding, kind and extremely knowledgeable about all things baby. With her help, I have found a carrier that works a dream for my baby and have finally started to enjoy walks again. I wish I had done it sooner. I would recommend booking an appointment to anyone curious about baby wearing. Fantastic experience.

Polite. Professional. Delivers a service above and beyond. I cannot thank them enough. Kia offered non judgemental, thorough advice/demonstration and teaching of car seat safety. An area is available for your children to chill whilst you explore which product is right for your individual circumstances. All staff were accommodating and approachable.

I had the best experience with the team members here,I visited the shop and explained I was in a car accident and wanted an axkid model car seat to replace my old one,I told her which one I was looking at and she gave me lots of figures including height,weight,pricing etc. I then booked an appointment to try the car seats out when my car had been replaced she was so compassionate to my situation and helped me so much with the confidence with installing my new chosen car seat in the store and was happy to show me plenty more times in store before I collect and install it myself. I wish more people knew about erf in the car seat world and this business is so so refreshing

They have been amazing from first point of contact all the way through to point of sale and I have no doubt if I need after sales support they will be amazing with that too! The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about car seat safety but not at all patronising in their approach and are very very friendly and make you feel at ease in the store. Prices match their competitors also so nothing is over priced. I cannot recommend this company more to anyone looking for a car seat!

Visited at very short notice last Sunday - from start to finish excellent customer service , knowledge and very approachable.
We travelled over an hour away and would do so again in heartbeat.
