Poor customer service
Latest kit arrived today and one items (hair clip) was broken. Contacted customer services and was told I'd have to wait over a month for a replacement. I asked if it could be substituted for something else. Was told no you have to wait. Ridiculous not to have spare stock as not every order will arrive perfectly. I won't be buying again. Poor customer service.
Since leaving this review, customer service contacted me and said they were sending out a replacement (I'd previously been told they didn't have any). I then received what can only be described as multiple bizarre, ranting Instagram messages from CH. Not professional at all. Sad but they've lost a regular customer.

A great kit!!!
This kit has so many amazing curated products that I had either had or wanted to try. Knowing that they were tried and tested by the amazing CH made it that more desirable. I resisted buying it for a while but then fell at the last hurdle! Great value and so far so good!

Great Experience - Great Products
I love my Caroline H products, i have watched Caroline on Insta from Australia all through Covid. I have always been a bit to scared to order anything direct. So when i saw i had the opportunity to order her New face cream amongst some other great products we don't have in Australia at a discounted price i thought why not. Not only did i get a massive deal, i also got my package in record time. It literally took 1 week from order in the UK to my doorstep in Australia. I am loving my Kit.
Thankyou and next time i will wont sit back and wait for years.
