They advertised part for my car. The wrong part came. I wrote to them they told me to use return portal but made it impossible to upload the photo. God know why you need a photo of a part unused still in packaging. The emailz you get are stock answers

I ordered a parcel shelf , it was advertised for my car and on arrival it was too small so , the advert was misleading and incorrect
They did say that they were “ not mechanics “
They didn’t need to be , just competent enough to supply what they advertised
It was a used parcel shelf that was way overpriced , when I bought a new one from a reliable source at half the price of their used one, from a decent supplier
They are an absolute shower and looking at the feedback , others have received incorrect parts like me and I suggest you read their feedback ?
I was refunded the parcel shelf eventually but, less the postage , when they sent the wrong item , it is their fault and I should have been refunded the postage too ?
All they have done is defend themselves and never offered an apology or full refund
Do not use them - an absolute shower and customer service does not exist there

The wrong part was delivered. Eventually, having returned the item, I received a partial refund. They deducted £3.05 postage even though I had sent a photo to prove that the part was for a later model. Emails were polite but no sign of refunding this postage charge.
We thought we was buying genuine car…
We thought we was buying genuine car parts for our mini having previously bought the same parts from eBay and they didn’t work we thought with paying £66 extra for genuine parts that they was genuine, delivered quickly but there was an invoice in the parcel from the same person on eBay who had sent the original parts, so to be told they are not mechanics and the invoice was sent by mistake they tried to charge us £170.50 for parts that where being sold on eBay by another company for £104 so please be careful when buying from this company luckily we put a dispute from PayPal
Wrong part sent, was told 'we're not mechanical specialists'
I ordered a part which was listed as suitable for a specific car model. When it arrived, it was not in fact compatible.
I raised a return request stating the issue. They initially tried to say it was for a diesel vehicle as per the listing (this was irrelevant to the part); when I stated it was unfair for me to pay return postage, they said 'they are not mechanical specialists', they 'cannot take responsibility for issues with orders', and 'just a case the item does not match the description on the website'. There was no further communication when I pointed out that they were in breach of the Trade Descriptions Act so am still out of pocket for return postage.
It transpires that they copy and paste eBay listings from other sellers onto their website, then charge a premium for it - better off going straight to eBay and dealing directly with the seller while saving a fair few quid!

What a shambles of a company avoid at all costs. Ordered a wiper motor after 2 months of use it was blowing fuses for fun. Tried to return but no luck. Lesson learned, 1* is to much
Avoid. They do not chase up customer rights. Prepare to lose your money.
I ordered a gear stick knob. And it had a few weeks delivery on it. Time had passed and I chased up delivery. Apparently it had been delivered the week before which I had never received. Apparently Evri had left it outside but have been unable to tell me where.
I have asked for a replacement or a refund and they said they are unable to go this due to it not being their fault. Few red flags here.
I did not agree to being left anywhere. Very disappointed. I wish I had read reviews before purchasing.

Ordering was fine although i got the wrong parts, returns is a joke took over a week for a return label then over 2 weeks after they had received it to be processed for refund talk about snail pace , this would put me off using again especially when i thought the right part was coming.

They promptly sent me a return slip, no quibbling. However, it was 16 days from them receiving my return, to me receiving my money. I consider this unnecessarily long, and won't be trusting this company again.
Dreadful
Dreadful, orders wipers £14.43, they didn’t arrive, weeks later after numerous emails, they said they were lost in transit, and would send another set out, these too did not arrive, I’ve waited a month to get refunded, and they’re still saying 10-14 days. A joke. I went to Halfords, I paid £5 more , but the fitted them for free. I’m 78 and I couldn’t recommend this company

Informed these people they told me I could send it back under their 90 day returns policy which I will after pay delivery. This company's products are not cheaper. Don't make my mistake, shop round.
