I started looking at flooring with Carpet One Oshawa in March 2016. After postponing my flooring decision until March 2017, we decided to use Carpet One Oshawa to re-carpet our whole house. I worked with Chelsea and her recommendations were very helpful. Our job was 1600+ square feet of carpet. Chelsea worked with us to time our installation perfectly and the installers did an excellent job over two days. We couldn't be happier with our new carpet.

We had new carpet installed in our upper hallway and bedrooms by Oshawa Carpet One Floor & Home in January 2017. They were very helpful in the selection and honest in their estimate. The scheduling went smoothly and the install was excellent. We were so pleased with our new carpet that we had them install new vinyl flooring in our bathrooms and laundry room in April. Again, everything was professionally done and the floors look great and will be easy to maintain. Thank you to the design consultants Mike and Chelsea and to the installers. We would definitely recommend Oshawa Carpet One for excellent service and quality product at a competitive price.

Was a good experience from the time we walked into the store till the rug was laid. Everything was on time and all the staff we dealt with was helpful and courteous.

Installers were very quick and efficient. Clean up could have been better, but not an real issue.
One issue with the carpet though. When it is stretched around the head of the steps, you can see the lighter colour come through that holds the carpet together. I used a marker to hide it since the carpet I had installed was navy blue.

We found the customer service quite exceptional. After our initial purchase we returned two more times finding the same high quality of service. Mike C. was very knowledgable with styles, quality, and cost within our price range. He went above and beyond what we expected and this was greatly appreciated. Our flooring looks amazing.

We have actually already recommended to our friends, and they did purchase an area rug from this store. Fast and efficient service, great installers. My husband has already phoned the store to thank them. They were happy to get a complimentary call.

My Wife and I were very pleased with all the help and advice given to us by the staff at Oshawa Carpet One. We walked in having gone to many other carpet stores and not being able to find a carpet we loved. We spoke to Will who instantly started to take us around the store showing us only carpet pieces that matched what we wanted. He did not pressure us or try to tell us what we wanted. From that point forward he was with us every step of the way and always made sure we were updated and answered every little question we could come up with. On the day of the installers showed up on time and were very professional and pleasant to have in our home. Even when an unexpected power outage set us back, they took it in stride and worked around it as best they could. This company did an amazing job for us from beginning to end and we will be recommending them to all of our friends!!

Guy, Mike and there staff are great to work with. I highly recommend them. I have been working with them for 5+ years now, completing 80+ jobs, big and small. They are one of the best in Durham by far.

With having a 5 month old, getting floors replaced is not ideal. Carpet One ensured that it was quick and painless and they were very clean and respectful. I would recommend them to anyone!
