I needed a repair part and was not 100 percent on the correct item, the customer service team assisted me, the item arrived within their specified delivery shedule, i fitted the part, correct i might add, and saved a packet compared to the quoted repair cost, will definatly use again, great service. Took the best part of a month for our of just some spa chemicals to arrive and NO COMMUNICATION about the delay even though they were showing as in stock. Poor ecommerce experience in a world when you can get your order within days from everyone else.

We're really sorry for letting you down on this order. After looking into it, one of our alkalinity booster products was changed over to a new SKU, and that held up a number of orders, including yours. That was our problem, not yours, and you shouldn't have been left waiting because of it.

Excellent Customer service, and good quality product.
Courier had a bit of an issue, Canadian Spa stepped in and arranged a fast re-delivery. The product is excellent, with a unique sloping profile so it doesn't trap rainwater. Also nearly £100 cheaper than the replacement lid offered by the hot tub manufacturer.
