Absolutely not satisfied. Do not hire carpet right. They don't do anything right. Appalling service and rubbish flooring.

Had a wonderful experience buying carpet and underlay with Lisa. She was very helpful and informative. She helped us decide what would be best for us personally and was lovely to speak to.

Li House in Bath was very friendly and helpful. Not at all pushy.

Staff helpful and friendly, came away with everything we wanted.

Simone was very knowledgeable and helped me choose the right option for my needs. She was full of ideas and explained the differences to me to help me decide. She was very pleasant in her approach and listened to the requirements I had.
She clearly explained the steps in the process and helped me understands all that was involved and arranged a fitting suitable to my agenda. thank you

Well, what a shame. Having accepted a delay "due to an issue warehouse" I agreed to reschehdule the fitting to 10th June having ordered and paid on 6th May. I was contacted again on 6th June to be told that there was a further delay looking to schedule the fitting. Having waited a month already, I decided to cancel the order and have found a better deal locally who will fit next week.
I've just had a call from Simone this morning confirming the carpet had arrived and would be fitted as previously booked in. when I informed her I had cancelled and challenged the time it would take to receive my refund.... it was a short conversation.

I retract my earlier post about the service as it's clearly all up front and unfortunately my experience was that it is not backed up by delivery.

Simone has been extremely helpful and kind. We've had some redecorating work in the house and she's been very accommodating about fitting. The carpet is so luxurious - better than expected! John the carpet fighter was also very kind and helped move things around. Thank you

ZERO star rating for this dispicable company. Their salespeople do an excellent job but... they insist on full payment, up front, at the time of placing the order. And from that point on you're at their mercy - broken promises, schedule after schedule unmet, and "nothing to do with them" if anything goes wrong with the fitting. Don't touch Carpetright with a barge pole - there's plenty of other flooring companies around. You have been warned.

We were greeted the moment we walked into the store. We were served by a lovely lady called Simone who helped us make all our choices with easy. We had the most lovely chat with her I would recommend the Bath store and definitely encourage people to seek out the lovely Simone for help

We visited Bath Carpetright to get carpets for our whole house after we lost everything due to an escape of water. The manager, Simone, was the most helpful and friendly person you could wish to meet. She was knowledgeable and professional. Measuring and fitting appointments were made promptly and without fuss. We had to change fitting appointments a few times but Simone was always able to reschedule. We would highly recommend her to others.

Shirona was so helpful polite and all round brilliant made our shopping experience relaxed and enjoyable

One problem after the other ! They have lost my carpet and didn’t notify me when the fitters weren’t able to come . They dont return calls even when they said they will. I’m constantly chasing without any results up to now !2 weeks have gone by from the apparent fitting date and nothing has been resolved . Absolutely ridiculous !!

Don't know why I keep going back to this company because they just keep disappointing.
This time I bought underlay. Gave the measurements and was given a price. Paid and left. Got home saw my email receipt. Underlay was actually only 76£ of the £135 I paid. The rest was charges ???!!!! I still have to pay 75£ to the fitter for bringing it n fitting it. Absolutley disgusting. Not once were any fees/charges told to me. I trusted the man n thought the underlay itself was that much.

Both the young lady in the store and the measuring consultant were most helpful. Advice was given and options explained.

Very experienced and knowledgeable staff. John Hill in the Bath shop deserves a mention because he really worked hard and went to a lot of trouble knowing that his shop couldn't supply in time but he recommended Trowbridge because he knew they could.
