I walked into the showroom clueless and the lovely sales lady sorted me out with an amazing carpet to match my wallpaper and bedroom furniture sample in a flash.it was even in the sale at a massive 50 percent off!
I walked out 20 minutes later with a date for fitting!

I was immediately greeted by a member of staff. I indicated that I wanted to have a look round. They immediately indicated that they were there to help once I was ready. Free measurement service was offered and promptly completed (ie next day). Purchase completed. Carpets due to be laid next week.
Dealt with Sivani (sales assistant) and then Mansur the manager. Both really helpful. M/Thx

I recently visited the store for some help and advice on what carpet I should go for and the help and advice I received from mansur was great and helped me choose which carpet I should go for. Jasvir and his team came to install the carpet and they were professional and quick which was also an added bonus.

I would definitely recommend Jasvir to anyone looking for high-quality carpet installation. They made my home look amazing

They responded very quickly tour request very helpful in choosing the suitable carpet . Had the property measured exactly at the time they promised and the same with delivery and installation .
There was a matter of a credit and a refund of items not used , they refunded instantly and with no issues .

Great customer service from Dan at Colindale branch. I got a lovely wool carpet from a remnant and happy with it.

Only thing at that branch they were understaffed with only 2 people on shop floor, 1 of which was a trainee. Leaving the sales advisor under lot of pressure.

Other than that a great customer experience.

Dan, Jas and team and Nimal of Colindale branch made ordering and fitting very simple, quick and easy. The Fitters were really nice and polite and helpful.

The staff at Colindale store I visited twice and purchased Carpet were very pleasant and polite on each of my visits.
Knowledgeable and a good understanding of the business. They were able to answer all my enquiries which in turn enabled me to make informed decisions about the Carpet and under lays which undoubtedly led to my purchased of the Carpet. Thank you.

Only 2 members of staff working on shop floor, had to wait 20 minutes to purchase my item. Staff taking far too long with people who were "just looking".
