Great service!
Holly from the Falkirk store (working in Cumbernauld) was very helpful, she helped me work out how much carpet I would need and helped me get the best deal. She also helped me find laminate flooring, I was able to get all of the flooring I require for my whole flat in one visit, very satisfied with the deal and service from this visit.

not the best of experience
The total lack of communication once the order is in place and the monies have been taken. No advice other than what is written on the receipt as to delivery times. tried calling the store to get an update, rang for a full 10 mins before hanging up and using my lunchbreak to visit the store. Told that the delivery would be the next Tuesday and someone would be in touch. There was no contact from the store and a 2nd visit was required. Turns out the delivery had happened on the Tuesday but the staff were too busy to process further. Not a very good experience overall.
